The present invention relates to an emergency evacuation device installed on an outer wall of a building which facilitates restoration after use. According to the present invention, the emergency evacuation device installed on an outer wall of a building with an emergency exit comprises: a first frame unit installed on the outer wall of the building; a second frame unit to which a panel is attached and which is installed to come in contact with the front surface of the first frame unit; a third frame unit formed on both sides to connect the first frame unit and the second frame unit, and formed to be folded; a fourth frame unit connected to the lower ends of the first frame unit and the second frame unit, and formed to be folded; a ladder unit rotatably installed on the second frame unit to be spread towards the first frame unit by gravity when unlocked; a moving door unit formed on the fourth frame unit to move to an emergency evacuation device positioned on a lower floor; and a lever unit including a first lever rotatably formed on an emergency exit side to open the moving door unit and deploy the emergency evacuation device when unlocked, a second lever to be rotated when unlocked to clear fixation of the second frame unit, and a third lever to be rotated when unlocked to open the moving door unit.
본 발명은 건물 외벽에 설치되는 비상대피장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 비상구가 형성된 건물 외벽에 설치되는 비상대피장치에 있어서, 상기 건물 외벽에 설치되는 제1 프레임부; 판넬이 부착되고 상기 제1 프레임부 전면과 접하도록 설치되는 제2 프레임부; 양측에 형성되어 상기 제1 프레임부 및 제2 프레임부를 연결시키되, 접이식으로 형성되는 제3 프레임부; 상기 제1 프레임부 및 제2 프레임부의 하단에 연결되되, 접이식으로 형성되는 제4 프레임부; 상기 제2 프레임부에 회동가능하게 설치되어, 잠금해제 시 중력에 의해 상기 제1 프레임부 측으로 펼쳐지는 사다리부; 상기 제4 프레임부에 형성되어 아래층에 위치하는 비상대피장치로 이동할 수 있도록 하는 이동도어부 및 비상구측에 회동가능하게 형성되어 잠금해제 시 비상대피장치를 전개시키고 상기 이동도어부를 개방시킬 수 있는 제1 레버, 잠금해제 시 회동되어 상기 제2 프레임부의 고정을 해제할 수 있는 제2 레버 및 잠금해제 시 회동되어 상기 이동도어부를 개방시킬 수 있는 제3 레버를 포함하는 레버부를 포함하는 비상대피장치를 제공할 수 있다.
