Waterproof Waterproof System
The present invention relates to a root barrier and waterproofing system using a joint forming body and a root barrier and waterproofing sheet. An I-shaped joint forming body and Y-shaped joint tape containing copper are constructed on a sheet of a half-step shape to form a joint in a double-reinforcement form, thereby securing root barrier performance for protecting a structure from plant roots, preventing a leakage defect, and preventing leakage from spreading when a defect occurs. Specifically, a synthetic polymer-based (PVC, PET, HDPE, PP, EVA, etc.) mat (thickness of 5-30 mm) sheet of an irregular coil shape coated with copper is constructed to secure root barrier performance from plant roots constructed in an artificial ground greening layer. The sheet is designed to make penetration of the sheet impossible by disturbing straightness of plant roots by the irregular coil shape even if unavoidable damage to the surface of the mat sheet is caused by an external factor to prevent loss of root barrier performance. The root barrier and waterproofing system comprises a root barrier and waterproofing sheet (100), a joint forming body (200), and a urethane film layer (300) to continuously maintain root barrier performance, thereby preventing root barrier and leakage defects.
본 발명은 접합부 성형체와 방수방근 시트를 활용한 방수방근 시스템에 관련되며, 이는 구리가 함유되어 있는 Y자형 접합부 테잎 및 I자형 접합부 성형체를 반턱 형태의 시트에 시공함으로서 접합부가 2중 보강 형태로 구성되어 식물 뿌리로부터 구조체를 보호할 수 있는 방근성능을 확보할 뿐만 아니라 누수하자 예방 및 하자 발생 시 누수 확산이 방지되고, 특히 구리가 코팅되어 있는 합성고분자계(PVC, PET, HDPE, PP, EVA 등)의 불규칙한 코일 형태의 매트(두께 5~30㎜)시트를 시공함으로서 인공지반녹화층에 시공되어 있는 식물 뿌리로부터 방근성능을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 매트 시트의 표면에 외부 요인에 의해 불가피한 손상이 발생한 경우에도 불규칙한 코일의 형태로 인해 식물 뿌리의 직진성을 방해하여 시트의 관통이 불가능하도록 설계함으로서 방근성능을 상실하지 않고, 지속적으로 방근성능을 유지하여 방근 및 누수하자를 방지하기 위해 방수방근 시트(100), 접합부 성형체(200), 우레탄 도막층(300)을 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
