The present invention relates a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly rope. The method comprises the following steps: a fiber separation step of separating fibers by crushing coconut fruits; a fiber drying step of drying the fibers after the fiber separation step; a long fiber extraction step of extracting a long fiber from the fibers dried in the fiber drying step; a jute yarn preparing step of preparing a jute yarn; a long fiber combining step of putting the jute yarn obtained in the jute yarn preparing step and the long fiber extracted in the long fiber extraction step so that the long fiber is combined around the jute yarn; and a first rope manufacturing step of manufacturing a first rope by rotationally combining the long fiber and the jute yarn in the long fiber combining step.
본 발명은 하기와 같은 구성을 가진다. 코코넛열매를 파쇄하여 섬유질을 분리하는 섬유질분리단계; 상기 섬유분리단계 후에 상기 섬유질을 건조하는 섬유질건조단계; 상기 섬유질건조단계에서 건조된 상기 섬유질에서 장섬유를 추출하는 장섬유추출단계; 황마실을 준비하는 황마실준비단계; 상기 황마실 준비단계에서 얻어진 황마실과 상기 장섬유추출단계에서 추출한 상기 장섬유를 투입하여 상기 황마 주위에 상기 장섬유가 결합하는 장섬유결합단계; 상기 장섬유결합단계에서 상기 장섬유와 상기 황마가 회전 결합하여 1차로프를 제조하는 1차로프제조단계;를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경로프제조방법에 관한 것이다.
