JOINTLESS AQUEOUS COMPOSITE WATERPROOF STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME
Disclosed are a jointless aqueous composite waterproof structure and a construction method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a jointless aqueous composite waterproof structure comprises: a primer layer formed by applying a primer, containing first high-fineness powder, to a construction surface; a mesh-type fiber reinforced sheet layer attached to the primer layer; a first waterproof layer formed by applying a first waterproof agent, containing a first chop fiber and second high-fineness powder, to the mesh-type fiber reinforced sheet layer; a long-fiber reinforced sheet layer attached to the first waterproof layer; a second waterproof layer formed by applying a second waterproof agent, containing a second chop fiber, to the long-fiber reinforced sheet layer; and a top coating layer formed by applying a third waterproof agent, containing a non-yellowing urethane heat blocker, to the second waterproof layer. A first joint of the mesh-type fiber reinforced sheet layer and a second joint of the long-fiber reinforced sheet layer are disposed to be misaligned with each other. Therefore, the jointless aqueous composite waterproof structure can have improved waterproof properties.
이음부가 없는 수용성 복합 방수구조 및 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 이음부가 없는 수용성 복합 방수구조는 시공면 위에 제1 고분말도 파우더를 포함하는 프라이머가 도포되어 형성된 프라이머층, 상기 프라이머층 상에 부착된 메쉬형 섬유 보강 시트층, 상기 메쉬형 섬유 보강 시트층 상에 제1 춉 파이버 및 제2 고분말도 파우더를 포함한 제1 방수제가 도포되어 형성된 제1 방수층, 상기 제1 방수층 상에 부착된 장섬유 보강 시트층, 상기 장섬유 보강 시트층 상에 제2 춉 파이버를 포함한 제2 방수제가 도포되어 형성된 제2 방수층 및 상기 제2 방수층 상에 무황변 우레탄 열 차단제를 포함한 제3 방수제가 도포되어 형성된 탑 코팅층을 포함하되, 상기 메쉬형 섬유 보강 시트층의 제1 이음부와 상기 장섬유 보강 시트층의 제2 이음부가 서로 엇갈리게 배치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Disclosed are a jointless aqueous composite waterproof structure and a construction method thereof.
