According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a road sign comprises: a step of forming a rivet through-hole on a unit sign; a step of forming a concave position groove on an end portion of the front surface of the rivet through-hole; a step of forming a concave ring groove along the circumference of the position groove; a step of bringing an angle with a rivet through-hole corresponding to the rivet through-hole in touch with the rear surface of the unit sign; and a step of coating paint on the outside of the unit sign to form a protective film by a protective film forming unit. The protective film forming unit includes: a first handling module including a first main body unit binding and mounting a bottom center part of the unit sign corresponding to a target, a first-first binding part to bind one side of the bottom of the target on the first main body part, and a first-second binding part to bind the other side of the bottom of the target on the first main body part; and a second handling module including a second main body unit binding and mounting a top center part of the target, a second-first binding part to bind one side of the top of the target on the second main body part, and a second-second binding part to bind the other side of the top of the target on the second main body part. Therefore, according to the present invention, a road sign can be efficiently manufactured, and a road sign usable for a long period of time can be provided by separate machining.
본 발명은, 도로표지판 제작방법에 있어서, 단위표지판에 리벳통공을 형성하는 단계; 상기 리벳통공의 전면 끝부분에 오목한 자리홈을 형성하는 단계; 상기 자리홈에 원주를 따라 오목한 링홈을 형성하는 단계; 상기 단위표지판의 배면에 상기 리벳통공에 대응되는 리벳통공이 형성된 앵글을 맞대는 단계; 보호막형성유닛을 통해 상기 단위표지판의 외부에 도료를 도포하여 보호막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 보호막형성유닛은, 대상물에 해당 되는 상기 단위표지판의 하단 중앙부를 결속하여 거치시키기 위한 제1 본체부와, 상기 제1 본체부에서 상기 대상물의 하단 일측을 결속하는 제1-1 결속부와, 상기 제1 본체부에서 상기 대상물의 하단 타측을 결속하는 제1-2 결속부가 구비되는 제1 취급모듈과, 대상물의 상단 중앙부를 결속하여 거치시키기 위한 제2 본체부와, 상기 제2 본체부에서 상기 대상물의 상단 일측을 결속하는 제2-1 결속부와, 상기 제2 본체부에서 상기 대상물의 상단 타측을 결속하는 제2-2 결속부가 구비되는 제2 취급모듈을 포함하는 도로표지판 제작방법을 제공한다.따라서, 본 발명에 따르면 도로표지만의 효율적인 제작이 가능하며 별도의 가공을 통해 장기적인 사용이 가능한 도로표지판을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
