Constructing method for floor using luminous stone
The present invention relates to a construction method for a floor using luminous stone, and more specifically, to a construction method for a floor using luminous stone which can absorb and store UV rays included in sunlight and the like, and to emit light in the dark when the light source disappears or emit light by using a black light in the dark. According to the present invention, the construction method for the floor using luminous stone comprises: a primary concrete or mortar curing step of placing concrete or mortar and then, curing the same to maintain the water content on a surface of the concrete or the mortar at 10-40%; a step of arranging the luminous stone on an upper part of the concrete or the mortar, which is primarily cured, in a desired designed shape; a tamping step of compressing the arranged luminous stone to be embedded in the concrete or the mortar; a secondary concrete or mortar curing step of completely hardening the concrete or the mortar; a floor surface flattening step of polishing the floor surface after secondarily curing the concrete or the mortar; and a black lamp installation step of installing a black lamp which emits light to the floor surface.
본 발명은 축광석을 이용한 바닥시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 태양광 등에 포함된 자외선을 흡수하여 저장하였다가 광원이 없어지면 어두운 상태에서 빛을 발하거나 또는 어두운 상태에서 블랙라이트를 사용하여 빛을 발할 수 있는 축광석을 이용한 바닥시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트 또는 몰탈 타설 후 콘크리트 또는 몰탈 표면의 수분함수율이 10% 이상 내지 40%이하가 유지되도록 양생하는 콘크리트 또는 몰탈 1차양생단계, 상기 1차 양생이 완료된 콘크리트 또는 몰탈 상부에 축광석를 원하는 디자인형태로 배치하는 단계, 상기 배치된 축광석이 콘크리트 또는 몰탈 내부로 매립될 수 있도록 압착하는 다짐단계, 상기 콘크리트 또는 몰탈을 완전히 경화시키는 콘크리트 또는 몰탈 2차양생단계, 상기 콘크리트 또는 몰탈 2차 양생 후 바닥면을 연마하는 바닥면 평탄화단계 및 상기 바닥면을 비추는 블랙램프를 설치하는 블랙램프 설치단계를 포함한다.
