본 발명은 저렴한 콘크리트를 이용하여 외부 모듈을 구조체를 제작하고 내장 마감은 금속이나 플라스틱, FRP 등의 다양한 재료와 구조로 된 박스형의 인필(infill) 모듈을 수용할 수 있도록 함으로써 선제작 비율을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 제작 및 시공이 용이한 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC) 모듈러 구조물 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 프리캐스트 콘크리트 모듈러 구조물은, 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 되어 바닥면을 이루는 판상의 슬래브구조부와, 상기 슬래브구조부의 양측 단부에 연직하게 형성되는 측벽구조부를 포함하며, 상하로 적층 가능한 적어도 1개 이상의 외부 모듈; 상기 외부 모듈의 슬래브구조부와 측벽구조부에 의해 형성된 공간과 대응하는 크기로 되어 상기 공간 내측으로 삽입되어 설치되는 인필(in-fill) 모듈; 및, 상기 외부 모듈이 복수개가 상하로 적층될 때, 상기 외부 모듈의 측벽구조부의 상단부와, 상측에 적층되는 다른 외부 모듈의 양측 단부의 하단부를 상호 고정되게 연결하는 복수의 모듈접합유닛;을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) modular structure and a construction method thereof, which uses inexpensive concrete to manufacture an external module structure and allows interior finishing to accommodate a box-shaped infill module consisting of various structures and materials such as metal or plastic, FRP, etc. to increase a pre-manufacture ratio and facilitate manufacture and construction. According to the present invention, the precast concrete modular structure comprises: at least one external module which includes a flat slab structure part made of precast concrete to form a bottom surface and a sidewall structure part vertically formed on both ends of the slab structure part, and can be vertically stacked; an infill module having a size corresponding to a space formed by the slab structure part and the sidewall structure part of the external module to be inserted into the space to be installed; and a plurality of module joining units to connect the upper end of the sidewall structure part of the external module and the lower ends of both ends of other external modules stacked above to be fixed on each other when a plurality of the external modules are vertically stacked.
