Disclosed are a precast foundation using a precast hollow column part and a construction method thereof, wherein a post head constructed in the ground and an upper pillar are rigidly coupled to each other on the precast hollow column part so that a structure is more stably constructed and the precast hollow column part and a foundation wall are separated from each other. Therefore, construction difficulties caused by construction errors of post intervals can be solved.

지반에 시공된 말뚝 두부와 상부지주를 프리캐스트 중공기둥부상에서 서로 강결시켜 보다 안정적으로 구조물을 시공하면서, 프리캐스트 중공기둥부와 기초벽체를 서로 분리 시공함으로서 말뚝 간격의 시공오차에 의한 시공상의 어려움을 해결할 수 있는 프리캐스트 중공기둥부를 이용한 프리캐스트 기초 및 그 시공방법이 개시된다.
