The present invention relates to a dehydrator with an automatic cleaning means to be installed at a sink, which comprises: a dehydrator main body with a hollow structure of which an upper surface is provided with an opening unit, and a side surface is provided with a dehydrating hole, and which has a filter mounting end provided at the inner circumferential surface of an upper end; a motor bracket provided on the inner surface of the lower portion of the dehydrator main body; a motor provided at the motor bracket; a filter having a filter main body of which upper and lower surfaces are opened and around which a plurality of dehydrating penetration holes are formed, a filter upper member which is provided at the upper end of the filter main body and is provided at the filter mounting end, and a filter lower member which is provided at the lower end of the filter main body and is linked with the motor; a cover member which is provided to enclose the opening unit of the dehydrator main body; a cleaner member which has a corrugated pipe in which a compression spring is mounted, a first both surface sticker member which is provided at one end portion of the corrugated pipe in order to be attached to the inner circumferential surface of the dehydrator main body, and a cleaner main body which is provided at the other end of the corrugated pipe and is located to be adjacent to the outer circumferential surface of the filter main body; and a controller which is mounted in the dehydrator main body in order to control the motor. Therefore, the present invention provides a simple configuration to be easily maintained and repaired. Accordingly, the outer circumferential surface of the filter and the dehydrating penetration holes can be easily cleaned. In addition, a position sensor is provided to control the revolutions per minute of the motor in accordance with the amount of food waste, thereby enabling a desirable dehydration.
본 발명은 자동 세척수단을 구비한 싱크대 설치형 탈수기에 관한 것으로, 상부면에 개구부가 형성되어 있으며 측면에 탈수구가 형성된 중공 구조를 갖으며, 상단 내주면에 제공된 거름망 거치단을 갖는 탈수기 본체와; 상기 탈수기 본체의 하부 내부면에 제공된 모터 브라켓트와; 상기 모터 브라켓트에 제공된 모터와; 상,하부면이 개방되어 있으며 주면에 복수 개의 탈수 관통공이 형성된 거름망 본체와, 상기 거름망 본체의 상단에 제공되어 있으며 상기 거름망 거치단에 제공된 거름망 상부부재와, 상기 거름망 본체의 하단에 제공되며 상기 모터와 연동된 거름망 하부부재를 갖는 거름망과; 상기 탈수기 본체의 개구부를 밀폐하도록 제공된 커버 부재와; 압축 스프링이 내장된 주름관과, 상기 주름관의 일단부에 제공되어 상기 탈수기 본체의 내주면에 취부된 제 1 양면 스티커부재와, 상기 주름관의 타단에 제공되어 있으며 상기 거름망 본체의 외주면에 인접되도록 위치된 크리너 본체를 갖는 크리너 부재와; 상기 모터를 제어하도록 상기 탈수기 본체에 내장된 제어기&로 구성됨으로써, 구성이 간단하여 유지보수가 용이하며, 거름망의 외주면은 물론 탈수 관통공까지 용이하게 청소할 수 있으며 위치센서를 구비하여 음식물 쓰레기의 양에 따라 모터의 회전수를 조절하여 바람직한 탈수를 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
