NOISE ABATEMENT CURTAIN WALL WINDOW AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a noise prevention type curtain wall window and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the noise prevention type curtain wall window comprises: a frame member installed on an opening unit of a building to have an opening unit formed on an end facing a front surface of the building, a curved unit formed by a curved end of the opening unit, steel materials, and a vertical frame and a horizontal frame which are coupled to each other in a grid shape; a support bracket inserted into and coupled to the curved unit and including synthetic resin materials; an elastic force support member coupled to the support bracket to provide a hole unit, to which a fastening member is coupled, and including synthetic resin materials; a noise prevention cap wrapping the curved unit and including the curved unit which is inserted into an engagement groove unit of the support bracket and includes steel materials, and synthetic resin materials which prevent the support bracket including the synthetic resin materials from having friction; a fixing member settled on an end unit of the elastic force support member, arranged to maintain an interval from the curved unit, and providing an interval into which multi-layered glass is inserted; a connection member installed on a front surface of the fixing member to provide a connection structure to the fixing member; a finishing member coupled to the connection member to finish the outer surface of the window; and a sealing connection unit finishing the interval formed on the connection part between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame, and simultaneously connecting the vertical frame and the horizontal frame with each other. The present invention can keep the strength of the window at a preset value or more, and prevent the noise generated while members constituting the frame are spaced apart from each other.
본 발명은, 건축물의 개구부에 설치되고, 건축물의 전면을 향하는 단부에 개구부가 형성되며, 개구부의 단부가 굴곡되어 굴곡부를 이루고, 강재질을 포함하여 이루어지고, 수직프레임과 수평프레임이 격자 모양으로 결합되어 이루어지는 프레임부재; 상기 굴곡부에 끼움결합되고, 합성수지재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 지지브래킷; 상기 지지브래킷에 결합되고, 체결부재가 결합되는 홀부를 제공하며, 합성수지재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 탄력지지부재; 상기 굴곡부를 감싸고, 상기 지지브래킷의 결합홈부에 삽입되어 강재질을 포함하는 상기 굴곡부와, 합성수지재질을 포함하는 상기 지지브래킷이 마찰되는 것을 방지하도록 합성수지재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 소음방지캡; 상기 탄력지지부재의 단부에 안착되고, 상기 굴곡부와 간격을 유지하도록 배치되어 복층유리가 삽입되는 간격을 제공하는 고정부재; 상기 고정부재의 전면에 설치되고, 상기 고정부재에 연결구조를 제공하는 연결부재; 상기 연결부재와 결합되고, 창호의 외면을 마감하는 마감부재; 및 상기 수직프레임과 상기 수평프레임의 연결부위에 형성되는 간격을 마감함과 동시에 상기 수직프레임과 상기 수평프레임을 연결하는 실링연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a noise prevention type curtain wall window and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the noise prevention type curtain wall window comprises: a frame member installed on an opening unit of a building to have an opening unit formed on an end facing a front surface of the building, a curved unit formed by a curved end of the opening unit, steel materials, and a vertical frame and a horizontal frame which are coupled to each other in a grid shape; a support bracket inserted into and coupled to the curved unit and including synthetic resin materials; an elastic force support member coupled to the support bracket to provide a hole unit, to which a fastening member is coupled, and including synthetic resin materials; a noise prevention cap wrapping the curved unit and including the curved unit which is inserted into an engagement groove unit of the support bracket and includes steel materials, and synthetic resin materials which prevent the support bracket including the synthetic resin materials from having friction; a fixing member settled on an end unit of the elastic force support member, arranged to maintain an interval from the curved unit, and providing an interval into which multi-layered glass is inserted; a connection member installed on a front surface of the fixing member to provide a connection structure to the fixing member; a finishing member coupled to the connection member to finish the outer surface of the window; and a sealing connection unit finishing the interval formed on the connection part between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame, and simultaneously connecting the vertical frame and the horizontal frame with each other. The present invention can keep the strength of the window at a preset value or more, and prevent the noise generated while members constituting the frame are spaced apart from each other.
본 발명은, 건축물의 개구부에 설치되고, 건축물의 전면을 향하는 단부에 개구부가 형성되며, 개구부의 단부가 굴곡되어 굴곡부를 이루고, 강재질을 포함하여 이루어지고, 수직프레임과 수평프레임이 격자 모양으로 결합되어 이루어지는 프레임부재; 상기 굴곡부에 끼움결합되고, 합성수지재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 지지브래킷; 상기 지지브래킷에 결합되고, 체결부재가 결합되는 홀부를 제공하며, 합성수지재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 탄력지지부재; 상기 굴곡부를 감싸고, 상기 지지브래킷의 결합홈부에 삽입되어 강재질을 포함하는 상기 굴곡부와, 합성수지재질을 포함하는 상기 지지브래킷이 마찰되는 것을 방지하도록 합성수지재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 소음방지캡; 상기 탄력지지부재의 단부에 안착되고, 상기 굴곡부와 간격을 유지하도록 배치되어 복층유리가 삽입되는 간격을 제공하는 고정부재; 상기 고정부재의 전면에 설치되고, 상기 고정부재에 연결구조를 제공하는 연결부재; 상기 연결부재와 결합되고, 창호의 외면을 마감하는 마감부재; 및 상기 수직프레임과 상기 수평프레임의 연결부위에 형성되는 간격을 마감함과 동시에 상기 수직프레임과 상기 수평프레임을 연결하는 실링연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
