Modular unit having connection block and modular unit structure using the same
The present invention relates to a modular unit having a connection block and a connection structure using the same and, more specifically, to a modular unit having a connection block and a connection structure using the same which arrange connection blocks on an upper connection and a lower connection of a floor beam, a ceiling beam, and a column made of a square pipe to easily couple modular units by the connection blocks by using bolts when stacking the modular units. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the modular unit having a connection block comprises: a lower connection block which is an L-shaped square pipe, has a penetration hole vertically formed through one side and the other side thereof, allows a floor beam to be connected to both ends thereof, and allows a column to be connected to an upper portion thereof; a bolt insertion pipe which has a hollow cylindrical shape, and is connected to the inside of the lower connection block to expose both ends thereof to the penetration hole of the lower connection block; an upper connection block which is the L-shaped square pipe, has a coupling hole formed on one side and the other side thereof at a position corresponding to the penetration hole on the upper surface thereof, allows a ceiling beam to be connected to both ends thereof, and allows a column to be connected to a lower portion thereof; and a nut assembly which consists of a socket and a nut member, is inserted into the socket to insert a position adjustment bar into a guide hole of the socket and place a placing plate on an upper placing part, and matches and connects a flange part of the socket to the position of the coupling hole in the upper connection block.
본 발명은 접합블럭이 구성된 모듈러 유닛 및 이를 이용한 접합부 구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 각형관으로 형성되는 기둥, 천정보 및 바닥보의 상부 접합부 및 하부 접합부에 각각 접합블럭을 구성하도록 하여 모듈러 유닛의 적층시 볼트를 이용하여 접합블럭을 통하여 용이하게 결합하도록 하는 접합블럭이 구성된 모듈러 유닛 및 이를 이용한 접합부 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 접합블럭이 구성된 모듈러 유닛의 바람직한 일 실시예는 ㄴ 형상의 각형관으로 일측과 타측에는 각각 수직방향으로 관통하여 관통구가 형성되며, 양측 단부에 각각 바닥보가 접합되며 상부에는 기둥이 접합되는 하부 접합블럭과; 내부가 비어 있는 원기둥 형상으로 양단부가 각각 하부 접합블럭의 관통구로 각각 노출되도록 하부 접합블럭의 내부에 접합되는 볼트 삽입관과; ㄴ 형상의 각형관으로 일측과 타측에는 각각 상부면에 관통구와 대응하는 위치에 체결공이 형성되며, 양측 단부에 각각 천정보가 접합되며 하부에는 기둥이 접합되는 상부 접합블럭과; 소켓과 너트부재로 이루어지고, 위치조절봉이 소켓의 가이드구에 삽입되고 안착플레이트가 상부 안착부에 안착되도록 소켓에 삽입되도록 이루어져 소켓의 플랜지부가 상부 접합블럭의 내부에서 체결공의 위치에 일치시켜 접합되는 너트조립체;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
