A manhole repair method using a packing device installed at a manhole housing according to the present invention comprises: a ground surface cutting step for cutting a portion of the ground surface on which a manhole housing is installed; a manhole housing elevation step for elevating the manhole housing; a manhole housing temporarily securing step for temporarily fixing the elevated manhole housing; a packing device installation step for installing a packing device on the inside of the manhole housing; and a concrete filling step for filling the cut ground surface with concrete. In addition, the packing device may comprise: a frame of which both end portions are formed to protrude to the outside; a packing unit which has a border unit having a portion protruding and expanded such that a groove may be formed on the outside and coming in contact with the manhole housing or the ground surface, and an injection unit providing a path through which fluid is introduced to enable expansion, and has the inside coupled to the outside of the frame; and an elastic unit which has a vibration member providing a path through which the fluid is introduced and discharged to enable expansion and contraction, and is coupled to the groove.
본 발명에 따른 맨홀 하우징에 설치되는 패킹장치를 이용한 맨홀 보수공법은, 맨홀 하우징이 설치된 지면의 일부를 절단하는 지면절단단계, 상기 맨홀 하우징을 인상하는 맨홀하우징인상단계, 상기 인상된 맨홀 하우징을 가고정하는 맨홀하우징가고정단계, 상기 맨홀 하우징의 내부에 패킹장치를 설치하는 패킹장치설치단계 및 상기 절단된 지면에 콘크리트를 충전하는 콘크리트충전단계를 포함하고, 상기 패킹장치는, 양단부가 외측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 프레임, 외측에 홈이 형성되도록 일부가 돌출되고 팽창되어 상기 맨홀 하우징 또는 상기 지면과 접하는 보더부 및 팽창이 가능하도록 유체가 유입되는 경로를 제공하는 주입부가 구비되고, 내측이 상기 프레임의 외측에 결합되는 패킹유닛 및 팽창 또는 수축이 가능하도록 유체가 유입되고 배출되는 경로를 제공하는 진동부재가 구비되고, 상기 홈에 결합되는 탄성부를 포함할 수 있다.
