Presetting assembly and expansion joint with the same
The present invention relates to a presetting assembly, which includes: a joint gap setting unit which can operate and control a joint gap between two brackets spaced apart from each other so as to face each other between upper plates of a bridge in a worm gear manner; and a horizontal measurement unit which can identify horizontality in a direction of the bridge and an inclined grade in an orthogonal direction of a bridge of the two brackets through a displacement at a liquid core height. In addition, the present invention also includes an expansion joint device, which can preset the two brackets arranged to face each other between the upper plates of the bridge by using the above-mentioned presetting assembly as a means.
본 발명은 프리세팅 조립체에 관한 것으로, 교량 상판의 유간 사이에서 상호 대향되게 이격배치된 2개의 브래킷 간의 유격 간격을 윔 기어 방식으로 조작하여 조절할 수 있는 유간 설정 유닛과, 2개의 브래킷을 교축방향으로의 수평도와 교축직각방향으로의 경사구배를 액주 높이에 변위로 확인할 수 있는 수평 측정 유닛을 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명은 전술된 프리세팅 조립체를 수단으로 하여 교량 상판의 유간 사이에 상호 대향되게 배치된 2개의 브래킷을 프리세팅할 수 있는 신축이음장치를 포함한다.
