WATERPROOFING FILM APPARATUS AND WATERPROOFING FILM CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a waterproof film apparatus and a waterproof film construction method using the same which allow continuous work. The waterproof film apparatus comprises: a frame; a heating storage tank having a pellet melting unit in an upper portion of the frame, and a film solution storage unit in a lower portion; and a film solution discharge unit wherein one side thereof is arranged on the film solution storage unit, and the other side thereof is extended to the outside of the heating storage tank. The pellet melting unit includes: a heating panel; and a film solution transport unit arranged in the middle of the heating panel to transport a film solution obtained by melting film pellets to the film solution storage unit below to store the film solution. The film solution discharge unit includes: a film solution pressing unit; a film solution discharge pipe connected to the film solution pressing unit and arranged on the outside of the heating storage tank; a film solution control valve coupled to an end of the film solution discharge pipe to control a discharge amount of the film solution; and a film solution spray unit coupled to the film solution control valve to discharge the film solution in a widely spread state. A waterproof film is constructed by a film pellet feeding step, a film pellet melting step, a film solution transport storage step, a film solution discharge step, and a film solution spray step.
본 발명은 방수 도막 장치 및 이를 이용한 방수 도막 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 프레임과; 상기 프레임의 상부 내측에 펠렛 용융부가 구비되며, 하부 내측에 도막액 저장부가 구비된 가열 저장탱크; 및 상기 도막액 저장부에 일측이 구비되며, 타측이 가열 저장탱크의 외부까지 연장되게 구비된 도막액 배출부로 구비되되, 상기 펠렛 용융부는 히팅 패널; 및 상기 히팅 패널의 가운데 구비되어 도막 펠렛이 용융된 도막액이 하부의 도막액 저장부로 이송되어 저장되도록 구비된 도막액 이송부로 구비되고, 상기 도막액 배출부는 도막액 가압부와; 상기 도막액 가압부에 연결되며, 가열 저장탱크의 외부에 구비된 도막액 배출 파이프와; 상기 도막액 배출 파이프의 단부에 결합되어 배출되는 도막액의 배출량이 조절되도록 구비된 도막액 조절밸브; 및 상기 도막액 조절밸브에 결합되어 도막액이 넓게 펼쳐진 상태로 배출되도록 하는 도막액 분사부가 포함된 상태에서 도막 펠렛 투입단계와; 도막 펠렛 용융단계와; 도막액 이송 저장단계와; 도막액 배출단계; 및 도막액 분사단계를 통해 방수 도막이 시공된다.
