The present invention discloses a fire and disaster preventing technique. That is, according to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a system for installing management and operation of a fire hydrant in a rough area and an installing management and operation method thereof. The system is installed in a place where firefighting power is far or the area difficult to secure a firefighting path when a forest fire is generated. Therefore, the forest fire is prevented from being spread to a village so that accidents are prevented in advance. Thus, people′s lives and properties can be protected. Also, the system can be used in agricultural water during the drought and the dry season, thereby quickly handling and defending natural damage so as to maximally prevent damage to agricultural products to be cultivated hereafter caused by the natural damage.
본 발명은 소방방재 기술을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 험난지역 소화전 설치관리 및 운영 시스템과 그 설치관리 및 운영방법은 산불발생 시 소방력이 먼 곳 또는 소방 통로 확보가 어려운 지역에 설치하여 산불이 마을에 옮겨 붙지 않게 미연에 사고를 방지하여 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하고, 가뭄 및 갈수기 시에 농업용수 등에 활용하여 자연피해로 인한 향후 재배할 농산물에 대한 회손이 최대한 없도록 신속히 대처 및 방비하여 농촌 소득향상에 도움을 준다.
