The present invention relates to a marine pollution collecting, disaster preventing and reusing system. The marine pollution collecting, disaster preventing and reusing system of the present invention includes: a disaster preventing fence installed for trapping leaked oil; a single powerless barge moved to a disaster preventing position by being towed by a predetermined tug; a hopper provided on one side of the disaster preventing fence; an air blower artificially moving the oil at the top of the seawater to the hopper side by using winds or waves; a plurality of settling tanks connected to the hopper and settling the seawater and the oil to separate the same; and an oil and water separator connected to the last settling tank of the plurality of settling tanks.
해상 오염 포집, 방재 및 재사용 시스템에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 해상 오염 포집, 방재 및 재사용 시스템은, 유출된 오일(oil)을 가둬두기 위해 설치되는 방재 펜스; 소정의 예인선에 이끌려 방재 위치로 이동되는 단일의 무동력 바지선; 상기 방재 펜스의 일측에 마련되는 호퍼; 바람 또는 파도를 이용해서 인위적으로 해수 상층부 오일을 상기 호퍼 쪽으로 이동시키는 송풍기; 상기 호퍼와 연결되며, 해수와 오일을 침전시켜 분리하는 복수의 침전조; 및 상기 복수의 침전조 중에서 제일 마지막의 침전조에 연결되는 유수 분리기를 포함한다.
