Ground cutting device using diamond wire saws and method of installing earthworks using the same

The present invention relates to a ground cutting apparatus using a diamond wire saw and a method for installing an earth retaining wall using the same. The method for installing the earth retaining wall of the present invention comprises: a step of preparing a construction; a step of forming a basic hole; a step of forming a slit groove; a step of fixing an H-pile member; a step of installing a steel plate; a step of constructing a connection; and a step of finishing. According to the present invention, noise and vibration can be reduced, and the space between a slit groove and a steel plate can be reduced, thereby improving a support force.

본 발명은 와이어 커팅을 이용한 흙막이 설치 공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 구조물의 시공을 위한 기초공사시 흙이 공사현장으로 흘러내리거나 무너지는 것을 방지하는 흙막이 설치 공법으로서, 흙막이가 설치될 지면을 평탄화시켜 고르고 상기 지면에 이물질을 제거하는 시공준비단계; 오거장치로 흙막이가 설치될 지면에 일정간격을 유지하며 굴착하여 한쌍의 기초공을 형성시키는 기초공 형성단계; 지반절삭장치로 상기 기초공들을 연결하며 상기 지면에 슬릿홈을 형성시키는 슬릿홈 형성단계; 상기 기초공에 H파일부재를 삽입한 후 상기 H파일부재의 상부를 항타기로 타격하여 상기 기초공의 저면에 상기 H파일부재의 하부를 박아 고정시키는 H파일부재 고정단계; 상기 H파일부재들을 상호 연결하면서 상기 슬릿홈에 강재플레이트를 끼우는 강재플레이트 설치단계; 상기 H파일부재에 상기 강재플레이트의 단부를 연결하여 고정시키는 연결시공단계; 및 상기 기초공과 상기 슬릿홈에 흙을 채우고 다지는 마감단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커팅을 이용한 흙막이 설치 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 오거장치를 통해 지면에 한쌍의 기초공을 형성한 후 지반절삭장치로 기초공을 연결하며 슬릿홈을 형성한 후 기초공과 슬릿홈에 H파일부재와 강재플레이트를 삽입한 다음 상호 연결하여 고정시킴으로써, 강재플레이트의 매립을 위해 연속으로 기초공을 연결하며 형성시키지 않아도 되므로 소음과 진동의 발생을 줄일 수 있게 되고, 슬릿홈과 강재플레이트 사이의 공간이 줄어들어 지지력이 향상되는 효과가 있으며, 공사 기간이 대폭 감소될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
