The present invention relates to a jack support assembly for demolishing a building. The jack support assembly for demolishing a building elastically supports a movable plate having a nonslip means in the lower part of a jack and the upper part of a column member of a jack support by a compression coil spring in order to flexibly deal with vibration, an impact load, a live load, and a dead load applied during demolishing construction. A connection clamp fixed to the column member includes a socket forming a ball joint. A ball stud corresponding to the socket is installed in a free end unit of movable rods of which the length is controlled by rotating a fixing rod having a handle in a connection bar fixed to the connection clamp. So, the ball stud can be ball-joined to the socket of the connection clamp. Therefore, the jack support assembly for demolishing a building has excellent stress, shock absorption, and a vibration absorption force during the demolishing construction, and prepares a safe construction environment.
본 발명은 건축물 철거용 잭 서포트 조립체에 관한 것으로 철거 공사 중 작용하는 정하중은 물론 동하중과 충격하중 및 진동 등에 유연하게 대처하기 위해서 잭 서포트의 기둥부재 상부와 잭의 하부에 미끄럼방지수단을 가진 가동 판을 압축코일스프링으로 탄성 있게 지지하고, 상기 기둥부재상에 고정되는 연결클램프에는 볼 조인트를 이루는 소켓을 구비하며, 상기 연결 클램프에 고정되는 연결막대를 손잡이가 달린 고정봉을 회전시켜주는 것에 의해서 길이가 조절되는 가동봉들의 자유단부에 상기 소켓과 대응하는 볼 스터드를 구비하여 상기 연결클램프의 소켓과 볼 조인트 시켜 줄 수 있도록 한 것이어서 건축물의 철거 공사 중 우수한 응력과 완충 및 진동 흡수력을 발휘하여 보다 더 안전한 시공환경을 마련하여 준다.
