The present invention provides a cement paste injecting apparatus which includes: an auger part including an outer auger of which a stirring wing is formed around a circumference and which is formed with a hollow body; a rod lifted along a hollow of the outer auger, and an auger head which is connected to a lower side of the rod and of which a stirring wing is formed along a circumference and a plurality of bits are formed at a lower side; and a swivel which surrounds an outer circumference of the outer auger, in which an injecting hole penetrating in a horizontal direction is formed, and of which a floor surface is opened to directly supply cement paste to the rotating outer auger.
