Safety Emergency Entry and Exit window system
According to the present invention, provided is an emergency safety entry and escape window system capable of enabling a rescue team to easily enter a building through a window in case of a fire or enabling an evacuee to have an easy escape by breaking a window. The emergency safety entry and escape window system includes: a window frame (10) installed in a window opening part of a building and including a buried groove (12) formed on the inner circumference surface; tempered glass (20) for crushing having an edge part inserted into the buried groove (12) of the window frame (10), and forming fragment pieces when crushed; a scattering prevention film (30) attached to the tempered glass (20) for crushing to connect the fragment pieces as a single body when the tempered glass (20) is crushed; a buffer space part (40) spaced between the inner surface of the buried groove (12) and the surfaces of both sides of the tempered glass (20); and a glass fixing packing (50) installed in the buffer space part (40) to support the tempered glass (20) from both sides. With the emergency safety entry and escape window system, anyone can easily crush the tempered glass in case of a fire, and fragment pieces from the crushed glass do not scatter and are removed as a single body and even glass fragments on the window frame can be cleared. Thus, a secondary injury caused by glass fragments can be prevented when a rescue team and evacuee are moving.
본 발명은 화재 시 구조대가 창문을 통하여 건물 내부로 쉽게 진입하거나, 대피자가 창문을 파괴하고 쉽게 탈출할 수 있는 비상용 안전진입탈출창 시스템을 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 건물의 창문 개구부에 설치되면서 내주면에 매립홈(12)이 형성되는 창틀프레임(10); 상기 창틀프레임(10) 매립홈(12)에 가장자리부가 삽입 설치되고, 파쇄시 파편이 조각으로 형성되는 파쇄용 강화유리(20); 상기 파쇄용 강화유리(20)에 부착되어, 파쇄용 강화유리(20)가 파쇄시 파편 조각을 단일체로 연결하도록 구비되는 비산방지필름(30); 상기 파쇄용 강화유리(20) 양측 표면과 매립홈(12)의 내측면 사이에 이격 형성되는 완충공간부(40); 및 상기 완충공간부(40)에 설치되어, 파쇄용 강화유리(20)를 양측면에서 지지하도록 구비되는 유리고정패킹(50);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 비상용 안전진입탈출창 시스템을 이용하면, 화재 시 누구나 손쉽게 파쇄용 강화유리를 파쇄할 수 있고, 파쇄된 유리 파편이 비산되지 않고 단일체로 제거되면서 창틀프레임 상에 유리파편까지 깨끗하게 제거되어 구조대 및 대피자 이동시 유리파편으로 인한 2차 상해피해가 방지되는 장점이 있다.

According to the present invention, provided is an emergency safety entry and escape window system capable of enabling a rescue team to easily enter a building through a window in case of a fire or enabling an evacuee to have an easy escape by breaking a window. The emergency safety entry and escape window system includes: a window frame (10) installed in a window opening part of a building and including a buried groove (12) formed on the inner circumference surface; tempered glass (20) for crushing having an edge part inserted into the buried groove (12) of the window frame (10), and forming fragment pieces when crushed; a scattering prevention film (30) attached to the tempered glass (20) for crushing to connect the fragment pieces as a single body when the tempered glass (20) is crushed; a buffer space part (40) spaced between the inner surface of the buried groove (12) and the surfaces of both sides of the tempered glass (20); and a glass fixing packing (50) installed in the buffer space part (40) to support the tempered glass (20) from both sides. With the emergency safety entry and escape window system, anyone can easily crush the tempered glass in case of a fire, and fragment pieces from the crushed glass do not scatter and are removed as a single body and even glass fragments on the window frame can be cleared. Thus, a secondary injury caused by glass fragments can be prevented when a rescue team and evacuee are moving.
본 발명은 화재 시 구조대가 창문을 통하여 건물 내부로 쉽게 진입하거나, 대피자가 창문을 파괴하고 쉽게 탈출할 수 있는 비상용 안전진입탈출창 시스템을 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 건물의 창문 개구부에 설치되면서 내주면에 매립홈(12)이 형성되는 창틀프레임(10); 상기 창틀프레임(10) 매립홈(12)에 가장자리부가 삽입 설치되고, 파쇄시 파편이 조각으로 형성되는 파쇄용 강화유리(20); 상기 파쇄용 강화유리(20)에 부착되어, 파쇄용 강화유리(20)가 파쇄시 파편 조각을 단일체로 연결하도록 구비되는 비산방지필름(30); 상기 파쇄용 강화유리(20) 양측 표면과 매립홈(12)의 내측면 사이에 이격 형성되는 완충공간부(40); 및 상기 완충공간부(40)에 설치되어, 파쇄용 강화유리(20)를 양측면에서 지지하도록 구비되는 유리고정패킹(50);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 비상용 안전진입탈출창 시스템을 이용하면, 화재 시 누구나 손쉽게 파쇄용 강화유리를 파쇄할 수 있고, 파쇄된 유리 파편이 비산되지 않고 단일체로 제거되면서 창틀프레임 상에 유리파편까지 깨끗하게 제거되어 구조대 및 대피자 이동시 유리파편으로 인한 2차 상해피해가 방지되는 장점이 있다.
