THE NON-WELDING TYPE TRUSS FOR OUTER WALL PANEL
The present invention relates to a non-welded exterior panel truss which prevents a fire caused by welding work, can greatly reduce work time and costs, and has excellent robustness against wind pressure by performing installation work of an exterior panel with a relatively simple configuration in which welding is not required. The non-welded exterior panel truss of the present invention comprises: vertical frames (2, 2′) fixed to and installed on a wall (W) with an installation bracket (4) and an anchor bolt (41); horizontal frames (3, 3′) horizontally connected to the left and right sides of the vertical frames (2, 2′); fastening brackets (1,1′) fastened with the vertical frames (2, 2′) using a fastening bolt to connect the vertical frames (2, 2′) and the horizontal frames (3, 3′) to each other in a grid form; a corner bracket (10) for connecting and installing the vertical frames (2, 2′) and the horizontal frame (3, 3′) in a corner portion of the wall (W); and the fastening bolt for fastening the vertical frames (2, 2′), the horizontal frames (3, 3′), the fastening brackets (1, 1′), and the corner bracket (10) with each other.
본 발명은 용접이 필요없는 비교적 간단한 구조로 외장 패널의 설치작업을 수행할 수 있게 함으로써 용접작업에 따른 화재발생을 방지하고, 작업시간과 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있으며, 풍압에 대응하여 뛰어난 견고성을 갖춘 무용접 외장 패널 트러스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 설치브라켓(4)과 앵커볼트(41)로 벽체(W)에 고정, 설치되는 수직프레임(2,2')과; 상기 수직프레임(2,2') 좌우에 수평으로 연결되는 수평프레임(3,3')과; 상기 수직프레임(2,2')에 체결볼트로 체결되어 수직프레임(2,2')과 수평프레임(3,3')을 격자 형태로 연결하는 체결브라켓(1,1')과; 벽체(W)의 코너 부분에 수직프레임(2,2')과 수평프레임(3,3')을 연결하고, 설치하기 위한 코너브라켓(10)과; 상기 수직프레임(2,2'), 수평프레임(3,3'), 체결브라켓(1,1'), 코너브라켓(10)을 서로 체결하여 연결하는 체결볼트;로 구성한 것에 요지가 있다.
