The present invention relates to a building structure having individual housing parts, which allows the individual housing parts, in which vehicles are parked, to be disposed adjacent to residential space parts, thereby increasing convenience in parking and use, and a parking control method thereof. More particularly, the building structure comprises: a plurality of residential space parts; a plurality of individual housing parts disposed adjacent to the residential space parts, partitioned from the residential space parts by partition wall parts, and allowing vehicles to be parked therein; entry and exit parts through which the vehicles enter or leave; lifting parts connected to the entry and exit parts to transport the vehicles to the housing parts; and transport parts installed on the lifting parts, capable of moving to the entry and exit parts or the housing parts, and moving, to other places, the vehicles positioned on any one of the entry and exit parts, the lifting parts, and the housing parts.
본 발명은 차량이 주차되는 개별 격납부가 주거공간부와 이웃하게 배치되어 주차 및 사용 편의성을 향상시킨 개별 격납부를 갖는 건축구조물 및 이의 주차 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은, 복수의 주거공간부; 각각의 상기 주거공간부와 이웃하게 배치되고, 상기 주거공간부와는 격벽부로 구획되며, 차량이 주차되는 복수의 격납부; 상기 차량이 입출고되는 입출고부; 상기 입출고부와 연결되고, 상기 차량을 상기 격납부로 운송하는 승강부; 및 상기 승강부에 설치되고, 상기 입출고부측으로 또는 상기 격납부측으로 이동이 가능하며, 상기 입출고부와 상기 승강부와 상기 격납부 중 어느 한 곳에 위치한 상기 차량을 다른 곳으로 이동시키는 운반부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개별 격납부를 갖는 건축구조물 및 이의 주차 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
