The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a block for a sidewalk and a roadway with improved water permeability and durability, the method including the steps of: filling a composition for a base layer comprising ferronickel slag, slag cement, and stone flour in a molding frame; manufacturing a base layer by pressing the molding frame; filling a composition for a surface layer comprising ferronickel slag, slag cement, and a colorant on the base layer; manufacturing a block molded body having the surface layer formed on the base layer by pressing the molding frame; and curing the block molded body.
본 발명은 투수성 및 내구성이 향상된 보차도용 블록의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 성형틀에 페로니켈 슬래그, 슬래그 시멘트, 및 석분을 포함하는 기층용 조성물을 충진하는 단계, 상기 성형틀을 가압하여 기층을 제조하는 단계, 상기 기층 상에 페로니켈 슬래그, 슬래그 시멘트, 및 착색제를 포함하는 표층용 조성물을 충진하는 단계, 상기 성형틀을 가압하여 상기 기층 상에 표층을 형성한 블록 성형체를 제조하는 단계, 상기 블록 성형체를 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
