Dust Removing Machine Using Machine Vision
The present invention relates to a dust removing apparatus using a machine vision, which recognizes a type of impurities of introduced sewage by using a machine vision algorithm from an image obtained from a camera, and operates a dust removing apparatus on the basis of the recognition in case that impurities exist. According to an aspect of the present invention, the dust removing apparatus using a machine vision comprises: a dust removing unit installed on a waterway to remove impurities floating downward on a water surface; a driving motor for rotating a screen installed in the dust removing unit; a control unit for controlling the driving motor; a camera for photographing the impurities on the water surface of the waterway; and an image analysis unit for receiving an image from the camera and applying a command for driving the driving motor to the control unit on the basis of the received image. The image analysis unit applies the command for driving the driving motor to the control unit when the total amount of the impurities on the water surface is equal to or greater than a reference value. According to the present invention, unnecessary power loss can be prevented to save maintenance costs.
본 발명은 카메라로부터 취득된 영상을 머신비전 알고리즘을 이용하여 유입된 하수의 협잡물의 종류를 인식하고 이에 기반하여 협잡물이 존재하는 경우에 제진기를 동작시키는 머신비전을 이용한 제진기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일양태에 따르면, 머신비전을 이용한 제진기가 제공되고, 이 제진기는, 수로에 설치되어 수면에 부유하여 떠내려오는 협잡물을 제거하는 제진부: 제진부에 설치된 스크린을 회전시키기 위한 구동모터; 구동모터를 제어하기 위한 제어부; 수로의 수면상의 협잡물을 촬영하도록 구성된 카메라; 및 상기 카메라로부터의 영상을 수신하고 수신된 영상에 기반하여 제어부에 그동모터를 구동하는 명령을 인가하도록 구성된 영상 분석부를 포함하고, 상기 영상 분석부는 수면상의 협잡물의 총량이 기준값 이상인 경우 제어부에 구동모터를 구동하는 명령을 인가하도록 구성된다.
