본 발명은, (a) OH기를 가지는 폴리올(polyol)에 발포제와 난연성 개선을 위한 무기분체를 혼합하는 단계와, (b) 상기 폴리올과 우레탄(urethane) 반응시키기 위해 상기 (a) 단계의 결과물에 NCO 관능기를 가지는 이소시아네이트(isocyanate)를 혼합하는 단계와, (c) 상기 (b) 단계의 혼합물을 몰드에서 발포시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 무기분체는 CaCO를 포함하는 유무기 복합 단열재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 난연성이 우수하고, 비중이 낮으며, 단열성능이 우수하다.
