Elevation method and elevation system for repairing exterior walls of tall buildings
The present invention relates to an elevating method for repairing the outer wall of a high-rise building and an elevating system thereof, which can automatically perform coloring by means of remote control without a worker using a hanging scaffold in person at a predetermined location on the outer wall of a high-rise building, thereby preventing various safety accidents in advance which had been caused by the work on the hanging scaffold. To this end, the present invention comprises: a climbing housing (100) on which a geared motor (110) is fixedly mounted for driving a climbing wheel (200) by magnetic force generated when an electromagnet (220) mounted on an outer wheel (210) of the climbing wheel (200) approaches a reinforcing bar structure (60) built in the building, and on which a repair head (120) is mounted for repairing the outer wall of the building; and the climbing wheel (200) which is operated while being axially connected to the geared motor (110). Consequently, the climbing housing (100) and the climbing wheel (200) are elevated while being supported with an outer wall surface (70).
본 발명은 고층건물의 외벽을 정해진 특정장소에서 작업자가 직접 달비계를 사용하지 않고 원격 조종에 의해 자동으로 도색을 할 수 있도록 함으로써 달비계 작업으로 인해 발생 되었던 각종 안전 사고를 사전에 방지할 수 있는 고층 건물의 외벽 보수를 위한 승강 방법 및 승강시스템에 관한 것으로, 클라이밍 휠(200)의 외륜(210)에 장착된 전자석(220)이 건물의 내부에 매립된 철근 구조물(60)과 근접하여 발생되는 자력으로 클라이밍 휠(200)를 구동하는 기어드모터(110)가 장착 고정되며, 건물의 외벽을 보수할 수 있는 리페어 헤드(120)가 장착 된 클라이밍 하우징(100) 및 상기 기어드모터(110)와 축 이음 연결되어 구동하는 클라이밍 휠(200)이 외벽면(70)과 지지를 하면서 승강 하는 것이다.
