PC PREFABRICATED PC TOWER FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated PC steel tower foundation structure comprising: a steel pole body which is a steel pole for supporting a lower portion of a structure for communications or wind power generation installed in a high-altitude area such as mountains while fixing the same to the ground, and which is embedded in the ground and coupled to the lower portion of the structure to provide a support force for supporting the lower portion of the structure while fixing the same; a fixing unit made of concrete and fixing the steel pole body by being fixed to the ground in which the steel pole body is embedded while forming a lower portion of the steel pole body; a height adjustment unit made of concrete, coupled to an upper portion of the fixing unit while forming a central portion of the steel pole body, and adjusting the height of the steel pole body through a stacking structure; a support unit made of concrete, forming an upper portion of the steel pole body by being coupled to an upper portion of the height adjustment unit while finishing the same, and providing a space for structure installation; and a connector fixed to the fixing unit and integrally coupling the steel pole body while passing through the through holes formed in the height adjustment unit and the support unit. Therefore, the prefabricated PC steel tower foundation structure can reduce a construction period.
본 발명은 산과 같이 고도가 높은 지역에 설치되는 통신이나 풍력발전을 위한 구조물의 하부를 지중에 고정하면서 지지해주는 철주로서, 지중에 매설되고 상기 구조물의 하부에 결합되어 상기 구조물의 하부를 고정하면서 지지하는 지지력을 제공하는 철주 본체; 상기 철주 본체의 하부를 이루면서 상기 철주 본체가 매설되는 지중의 지반위에 고정되어 상기 철주 본체를 고정시키며 콘크리트로 제작되는 고정유닛; 상기 철주 본체의 중심부분을 이루면서 상기 고정유닛의 상부에 결합되며 적층식 구조를 통해서 상기 철주 본체의 높이를 조절하고 콘크리트로 제작되는 높이 조절유닛; 상기 높이 조절유닛의 상부를 마감하면서 결합되어 상기 철주 본체의 상부를 형성하고 상기 구조물이 설치되는 공간을 제공하며 콘크리트로 제작되는 지지유닛; 및 상기 고정유닛에 고정되며 상기 높이 조절유닛과 상기 지지유닛에 형성된 관통홀을 관통하면서 상기 철주 본체를 일체로 결합시키는 커넥터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
