Fixing device for mounting chemical anchor
The present invention provides a chemical fixing device for mounting an anchor, which fixes an anchor bolt by drilling an anchor hole in a base material made of concrete or rock, injecting a liquid chemical into the anchor hole, inserting the anchor bolt thereinto, and then curing the liquid chemical and, more specifically, to a chemical fixing device for mounting an anchor. The chemical fixing device comprises: a support member coupled to an end of the anchor bolt and having a guide groove of a groove structure formed on an upper portion thereof; a pressing member inserted into the guide groove of the support member; a fixing member for preventing the anchor bolt from being separated from the anchor hole by pressurizing the inner-diameter surface of the anchor hole in close contact therewith or interfering in the inner-diameter surface of the anchor hole as the pressing member inserted into the guide groove is lowered by external force; and a coupling means of the support member, for coupling the support member to the end of the anchor bolt. Therefore, the chemical fixing device for mounting an anchor can maintain the anchor bolt in a stably fixed state by means of the stably cured liquid chemical while preventing the anchor bolt from being separated from the anchor hole even when a worker does not support the anchor bolt or support the same by using a separate support means so as to prevent the anchor bolt from being separated from the anchor hole downward until the anchor bolt is inserted into the anchor hole formed in a wall surface or a bottom surface, in particular, in a ceiling, the liquid chemical is injected thereinto, and the liquid chemical is cured.
본 발명은 콘크리트 또는 암반으로 이루어진 모재에 앵커공을 천공하고, 이 앵커공에 약액을 주입한 다음 앵커볼트를 삽입 후 경화시켜 앵커볼트를 고착시키는 케미컬 앵커 장착용 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 상기 앵커볼트의 끝단에 결합되며, 상부에 홈구조의 가이드홈이 형성된 지지부재와; 상기 지지부재의 가이드홈에 삽입되는 누름부재와; 상기 가이드홈에 삽입된 누름부재가 외력에 의해 하강함에 따라 앵커공의 내경면을 밀착가압하거나 앵커공의 내경면에 간섭되어 앵커볼트가 앵커공으로부터 분리이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 된 고정부재와; 상기 지지부재를 앵커볼트의 끝단에 결합시키기 위한 지지부재의 결합수단을 포함한다.따라서, 벽면이나 바닥면 특히, 천정에 형성된 앵커공에 앵커볼트를 삽입하고 약액을 주입한 후 약액이 경화될 때까지 앵커볼트가 하향으로 분리이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 작업자가 앵커볼트를 받치고 있거나 별도의 받침수단을 이용하여 받쳐주는 작업을 실시하지 않더라도 앵커볼트가 앵커공으로부터 분리이탈되지 않으면서 안정적으로 약액이 경화되어 앵커볼트가 안정적인 고착상태를 유지하게 하는 케미컬 앵커 장착용 고정장치를 제공한다.

The present invention provides a chemical fixing device for mounting an anchor, which fixes an anchor bolt by drilling an anchor hole in a base material made of concrete or rock, injecting a liquid chemical into the anchor hole, inserting the anchor bolt thereinto, and then curing the liquid chemical and, more specifically, to a chemical fixing device for mounting an anchor.
