The present invention is a concrete admixture in which a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, iron lignin, an aqueous solution of iron nitrate and an AE agent are mixed with water, wherein the admixture reacts with ammonia and hexavalent chromium as shown in reaction formula below to apply a complex salt to harmful components. The reaction formula is 4CrO_4^2- + 2NH_4^+ + 2Fe(NO_3)_3 · 9H_2O → (NH_4)Fe(CrO_4)_2 + 3NO3_2^- + 9H^2O.
본 발명은 폴리카르본산(Polycarbonic)감수제, Iron lignin, 질산철 수용액 및 AE제를 물에 혼합한 콘크리트 혼화제로 상기의 혼화제는 아래 반응식과 같이 암모니아 및 6가 크롬과 반응하여 유해성분을 착염화하는 혼화제에 관한 발명이다. 4CrO+2NH+2Fe(NO)9HO→ (NH)Fe(CrO)+ 3NO3+ 9HO
