The present invention relates to an earth retaining wall construction method. According to the present invention, the earth retaining wall construction method comprises: a jetting machine moving and installing step; a perforation step; a low jet pile (LJP) construction mode changing step; an LJP construction starting step; an LJP construction proceeding step; an LJP construction completion step; a double rod washing step; a jetting machine moving step; and a wall construction step. According to the present invention, each existing PHC pile can be integrated.
흙막이 벽체 시공방법에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 흙막이 벽체 시공방법은, 기설치된 기성말뚝과 기성말뚝 사이의 위치로 천공기능과 주입기능이 가능한 제팅 머신(JETTING MACHINE)을 이동시켜 설치하는 제팅 머신 이동 설치단계; 회전 가능한 더블 로드(Double Rod)를 지중에 근입해서 회전시키는 한편 상기 더블 로드를 통해 드릴 비트까지 청수를 압송시켜 계획심도까지 상기 더블 로드가 굴진토록 하는 더블 로드를 이용한 천공단계; 상기 더블 로드의 작용으로 천공작업이 완료되면, 상기 제팅 머신의 타이머를 조절해서 상기 더블 로드의 회전수를 LJP(LOW JET PILE)의 시공모드로 변경하는 LJP 시공모드 변경단계; 상기 제팅 머신에 탑재된 초고압 펌프(PUMP)를 조절하여 주입재의 주입압을 상승시키되 주입압이 계획치에 도달하면 상기 더블 로드의 선단에 제팅 노즐(Jetting Nozzle)을 장착하여 주입재를 분사하면서 회전하게 하되 상기 제팅 노즐이 한 바퀴 또는 한 바퀴 반을 회전하면서 자동으로 상승함과 동시에 상기 동작이 반복되도록 하는 LJP 작업이 개시되는 LJP 작업 개시단계; 상기 더블 로드를 회전시키되 목적된 심도까지 제팅 노즐이 상승토록 하면서 계획된 주입 상한선까지 상기 LJP 작업을 계속 진행하는 LJP 작업 진행단계; 상기 주입 상한선까지 시공하여 지반 중에 주입재에 의한 원주상의 고결체를 조성 완료함으로써 각각의 PHC 기성말뚝을 일체화시키는 LJP 작업 완료단계; 상기 LJP 작업의 완료 후, 상기 더블 로드를 세척하는 더블 로드 세척단계; 및 상기 제팅 머신을 다음 위치로 이동시키는 제팅 머신 이동단계를 포함한다.
