The present invention relates to a positive-negative pressure control chamber which can be internally set to a positive pressure or negative pressure environment by being connected to external positive and negative pressure providing units. The chamber includes: a hollow chamber housing capable of internally accommodating a user and including a door frame formed on one side such that the user can enter and leave the chamber housing; and a door portion hinge-coupled to the chamber housing, capable of pivoting by a predetermined angle, and capable of opening and closing the chamber housing when operated. The door frame portion includes: a frame wall portion forming a circular opening; and a first meshing portion protruding along the circumferential direction of the opening from the frame wall portion to the outside of the chamber housing. The door portion includes: a door plate rotatable about a central axis; and a second meshing portion protruding along the circumferential direction of the opening on the indoor side surface of the door plate capable of coming into contact with the door frame portion and capable of meshing with the first meshing portion as the door plate rotates. The door portion and the door frame portion come into sealing contact with each other as the first and second meshing portions mesh with each other.
