Installation structure for window with nano dust prevention net to prevent ultrafine dust
The present invention relates to an installation structure for a window equipped with a nano dustproof net for preventing ultra-fine dust and, more specifically, to an installation structure for a window equipped with a nano dustproof net for preventing ultra-fine dust, in which a net fixation member is additionally installed outside a window frame to provide a rail and a net installation frame is assembled within the rail to be slidably opened and closed, to protect a window and to prevent fine dust, ultra-fine dust and yellow dust from infiltrating into a room. The present invention provides an installation structure for a window, in which a dustproof net is installed in a window frame where a window is installed, while a net installation frame where a net fixation cap is installed is installed at a rail installed outside the window frame wherein the net fixation cap has a first stage protrusion fixed to a first stage fixation protruding part, a second stage protrusion fixed to a second stage fixation protruding part and a third stage protrusion fixed to a third stage fixation protruding part, which are spaced at regular intervals, and has a fixation head at the outer side to fixate the dustproof net in three stages. The installation structure for the window includes the net fixation member and the net installation frame. The net fixation member is fixed in an L shape along four surfaces of the outer side of the window frame, continuously has weight reducing groove with triangles and inverted triangles, in a fixed body and has perforated groove at the center of the left side of the weight reducing groove, so allowing the rail to protrude upwardly after forming holes at regular intervals, fixating the net fixation member at the window frame, and finishing the holes with a finishing cap. The net installation frame has a roller installation groove fixed to the rail and has the first stage fixation protruding part, the second stage fixation protruding part and the third stage fixation protruding part by three stages to be spaced at regular intervals in a net fixation space formed in the outer side of the upper part.
본 발명은 초미세먼지 방지용 나노 방진망을 설치한 창호용 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히게는 창틀의 외부에 추가로 망 고정대를 설치하여 레일을 제공하고, 상기 레일의 내부에 망 설치틀을 조립해 슬라이딩 개폐되며 창호를 보호하며 실내로 미세먼지와 초미세먼지 및 황사의 침투를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 초미세먼지 방지용 나노 방진망을 설치한 창호용 설치구조에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 창문이 설치되는 창틀에 방진망을 설치하되;일정한 간격을 두고 1단 고정돌부에 고정되는 1단 돌기와 2단 고정돌부에 고정되는 2단 돌기 및 3단 고정돌부에 고정되는 3단 돌기가 형성되고 외측에 고정머리가 형성되어 방진망을 3단으로 고정하는 망 고정캡이 설치되는 망 설치틀이 창틀의 외부에 설치하는 레일에 설치되는 창호용 설치구조에 있어서,상기 창틀의 외측 사면을 따라 "ㄴ"형으로 고정되며 고정몸체에 삼각형과 역삼각형의 살빼기홈이 연속해서 형성되고, 상기 살빼기홈의 좌측 중앙에는 천공 홈에 형성되어 일정한 간격으로 구멍을 형성해 고정스크류로 창틀에 고정한 후 마감 캡으로 구멍을 마감한 후, 상측으로 레일이 돌출되는 망 고정대를 포함하며,상기 레일에 고정되는 로라 설치홈이 형성되며 상부 외측에 형성한 망 고정공간에 일정한 간격을 두고 1단 고정돌부와 2단 고정돌부 및 3단 돌기를 3단으로 형성하는 망 설치틀을 포함하는 것이다.
