Composite blocks of stone and concrete and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a composite block of processed stone and concrete, which can improve the composite efficiency of the processed stone and the concrete, can prevent shear fracture or microcracking at the joint between the processed stone and the concrete, and can ensure the production efficiency, economic feasibility, and constructability of the composite block and a manufacturing method thereof. To this end, the composite block comprises: the processed stone positioned on the front surface thereof during construction of a slope to exhibit natural beauty, and having a concave shear key groove formed on the rear surface thereof; a plurality of anchors having one end installed to be inserted into the rear surface of the processed stone, and the other ends formed to be exposed to the outside of the processed stone; the concrete block integrally combined with the rear surface of the processed stone through the anchors; and an adhesive applied to the rear surface of the processed stone to perform support with respect to dry shrinkage stress occurring in a process of curing the concrete block when the concrete block is combined.
본 발명은 가공석재와 콘크리트의 합성블록 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 가공석재와 콘크리트블록의 합성 효율이 향상되도록 하고, 가공석재와 콘크리트의 접합부분에서의 전단파괴나 미세균열이 방지되도록 하며, 합성블록의 제작효율 및 경제성과 시공성이 확보될 수 있도록 하는 가공석재와 콘크리트의 합성블록 및 그 제작방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 사면 축조시 전면에 위치하여 자연미가 나타내어지도록 하고 배면에는 오목한 형태의 전단키홈이 형성되어 있는 가공석재; 상기 가공석재의 배면에 일측단이 삽입되도록 설치되고 타측단은 가공석재의 외측으로 노출되도록 구성되는 다수의 앵커; 상기 앵커를 통해 가공석재의 배면에 일체로 합성되는 콘크리트블록; 상기 가공석재의 배면에 도포되어 콘크리트블록의 합성시 콘크리트블록이 경화되는 과정에서 발생하는 건조수축응력에 대해 지지해주는 접착제;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공석재와 콘크리트의 합성블록 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
