The present invention relates to a personal underwater exercise pool, which can have a plurality of drains on a main body case at upper and lower portions so that a water height in a standing state and a sitting state can be controlled and have an opening and closing part to enable an individual to enter in the standing state so that the individual can freely perform an underwater exercise and a lower-body bath. The personal underwater exercise pool includes: a main body case receiving water; an entrance part installed on a side surface of the main body case so that a user can enter the main body case; an upper discharge part formed on a middle part of one side of the main body case; and a lower discharge part formed on a lower portion of one side of the main body case.
본 발명은 본체 케이스에 배수구를 상/하로 복수개 구비하여 스탠딩 상태와 좌식 상태의 물높이 조절이 가능하게 하면서 개폐부를 구비해 입식 상태로 출입이 가능하게 되어 개인이 수중운동과 반신욕을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 개인용 수중운동 풀에 관한 것으로, 물을 수용하는 본체 케이스와, 상기 본체 케이스의 측면에 설치되어 사용자가 본체 케이스 내부로 출입할 수 있도록 하는 출입부와, 상기 본체 케이스의 일측 중간부에 형성되는 상측배출부와, 상기 본체 케이스의 일측 하부에 형성되는 하측배출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
