Membrane manufacturing method for anti-wrinkle membrane structure using curved welding bar
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a piece of a membrane material for a membrane structure, covering the upper part of the membrane structure, in accordance with the shape of the membrane structure. The method for manufacturing a membrane material for a wrinkle prevention membrane structure by using a curved welding bar includes: a membrane material piece preparation step (a) of preparing a membrane material piece cut in accordance with the shape of the membrane structure; a welding bar preparation step (b) of preparing a welder to weld the membrane material piece; a membrane material piece welding step (c) of enabling the welder to weld the membrane material piece; and a welded surface inspection step (d) of inspecting the welded surface of the membrane material piece. Therefore, in regard to the inconvenience of welding occurring when a linear welding bar is used for welding membrane material pieces for an existing membrane structure, a curved welding bar of the present invention, having the same or similar curvature radius, is used to facilitate welding and prevent wrinkles, thereby improving the quality of a membrane structure.
본 발명은 막 구조물의 상부에 씌워지는 막 구조물용 막재의 조각(片)을 상기 막 구조물의 형상에 맞추어 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, (a) 상기 막 구조물의 형상에 맞추어 재단된 막재 조각을 준비하는, 막재 편 준비 단계와, (b) 상기 막재 편을 접합하도록 웰딩 장치를 준비하는, 웰딩 준비 단계와, (c) 상기 웰딩 장치에서 막재 편을 접합이음 하는, 막재 편 접합 단계와, (d) 상기 접합된 막재의 접합면을 검사하는, 접합면 검사 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 웰딩바를 이용한 주름방지 막 구조물용 막재 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서 종래의 막 구조물용 막재의 조각을 접합할 때 직선 웰딩바를 사용할 때 접합의 불편함을 본 발명의 곡률반경이 같거나 유사한 곡면 웰딩바를 사용함으로서 접합이 용이하고 주름을 방지하여 막 구조물의 품질을 향상할 수 있는 주름방지 막 구조물용 막재 제조방법을 제공한다.
