Hydraulic jack module system used in floor reinforcement method
The present invention relates to a hydraulic jack module system used in a floor reinforcement method. In particular, a floor slab (100) is cut before the ground is excavated to install a steel pipe (20) at the lower portion of the floor slab (100). An auxiliary steel plate (21) is installed over the steel pipe (20), and an auxiliary steel pipe (22) is connected and installed over the auxiliary steel plate (21), before a hydraulic jack module (50) is installed over the auxiliary steel pipe (22). Furthermore, the hydraulic jack module comprises a hydraulic jack which is used for a floor reinforcing method in which the steel pipe is mounted by installing the hydraulic jack module. Here, the hydraulic jack module further comprises: an upper plate (53); left and right support rods (51, 52) which are installed at left and right sides of the lower portion of the upper plate (53), and are upwardly extended after being connected to a lower anchor bolt (12) of a steel frame member (10) by using a turnbuckle (13); and a hydraulic jack (54) which is fixated to the lower surface of the upper plate (53) by means of a bolt. Therefore, according to the present invention, the hydraulic jack module system used in the floor reinforcement method, in which the steel pipe is mounted by installing the hydraulic jack module, is used to enable simple construction, provide safety, reduce fabrication costs and decrease failure generation.
본발명은 바닥 보강공법에 사용되는 유압잭모듈 시스템에 관한 것으로, 바닥슬래브(100)를 컷팅하고, 터파기를 한 후, 바닥슬래브(100) 하부에 강관(20)을 설치하되, 상기 강관(20) 위에 보조강판(21)을 설치하고 상기 보조강판(21) 위에 보조강관(22)을 연결설치하며,상기 보조강관(22) 위에 유압잭모듈(50)을 설치하는 유압잭모듈을 설치하여, 유압잭모듈을 설치하여 강관을 장착하는 바닥 보강공법에 사용되는 유압잭이 포함되는 유압잭모듈로서, 상기 유압잭모듈은 상부판(53)과, 상기 상부판(53) 하부에 좌우에 설치되며, 철골부재(10)의 하부 앵커볼트(12)에 턴버클(13)을 사용하여 연결하여 상부로 연장되는 좌우지지봉(51, 52)과, 상기 상부판(53) 하면에 볼트에 의해 고정되는 유압잭(54)으로 구성되는 것으로, 본발명은 유압잭모듈을 설치하여 강관을 장착하는 바닥 보강공법에 사용되는 유압잭모듈 시스템에 의한 시공이 간단하며 안전하고 경비가 적게 들며 하자발생이 적은 현저한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a hydraulic jack module system used in a floor reinforcement method. In particular, a floor slab (100) is cut before the ground is excavated to install a steel pipe (20) at the lower portion of the floor slab (100). An auxiliary steel plate (21) is installed over the steel pipe (20), and an auxiliary steel pipe (22) is connected and installed over the auxiliary steel plate (21), before a hydraulic jack module (50) is installed over the auxiliary steel pipe (22). Furthermore, the hydraulic jack module comprises a hydraulic jack which is used for a floor reinforcing method in which the steel pipe is mounted by installing the hydraulic jack module. Here, the hydraulic jack module further comprises: an upper plate (53); left and right support rods (51, 52) which are installed at left and right sides of the lower portion of the upper plate (53), and are upwardly extended after being connected to a lower anchor bolt (12) of a steel frame member (10) by using a turnbuckle (13); and a hydraulic jack (54) which is fixated to the lower surface of the upper plate (53) by means of a bolt. Therefore, according to the present invention, the hydraulic jack module system used in the floor reinforcement method, in which the steel pipe is mounted by installing the hydraulic jack module, is used to enable simple construction, provide safety, reduce fabrication costs and decrease failure generation.
