Matt Connecting Device and the Firming Matt Constructing Method using the Same
The present invention provides a mat connection device and a concrete impregnation mat construction method using the same, which can conveniently perform work for connecting concrete impregnation mats to each other. The method connects and constructs a pair of concrete impregnation mats including cement layers with cement powder solidified by reacting with water and interposed between an upper cloth sheet capable of absorbing water and a lower waterproof sheet coming in contact with a construction surface. The method comprises: a step of preparing concrete impregnation mats obtained by rolling the concrete impregnation mats in a roll form, and preparing a mat connection device; a step of laying the concrete impregnation mats to allow the concrete impregnation mats to cover the flattened construction surface; a step of correspondingly inserting one side of the mat connection device into an edge of one side of a concrete impregnation mat to allow one end of the concrete impregnation mat and one surface of a vertical plate to come in contact with each other to connect one side of the mat connection device and the concrete impregnation mat by first upper and lower sawteeth protruding from one end of upper and lower horizontal plates; and a step of correspondingly inserting an edge of one side of a different concrete impregnation mat into the other side of the mat connection device to come in contact with the other surface of the vertical plate of the mat connection device connected to the concrete impregnation mat to connect the different concrete impregnation mat and the other side of the mat connection device by second upper and lower sawteeth protruding from the other end of the upper and lower horizontal plates.
