The present invention relates to a water-swellable polyurethane seal composition for reinforcing a joint of waterproof sheets and a complex waterproofing method using the same. The object of the present invention is to provide a water-swellable polyurethane seal composition, which is applied to a joint portion of waterproofing sheets, and is swelled by absorbing water, when the waterproofing sheets are broken after repeating shrinking and expansion, to fill up the broken portion, to prohibit water flow and to prevent water leakage, and a complex waterproofing method using the same. The water-swellable polyurethane seal composition for reinforcing a joint of waterproof sheets includes: part A including a mixture of 70-90 parts by weight of 3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanoic acid, 60-80 parts by weight of 2,4,6-triamino-S-triazine, 50-70 parts by weight of tetrahydrofuran, 40-60 parts by weight of glucose and 30-50 parts by weight of D-glucaric acid, based on 100 parts by weight of chloroisopropyldimethylbenzyl isocynate; and part B including 60-80 parts by weight of m-nitrobenzenediazonium hydrogen sulfate, 50-70 parts by weight of dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 40-60 parts by weight of 6-bromo-1-hexane, 30-50 parts by weight of calcium bicarbonate and 20-40 parts by weight of sodium lauryl ether sulfate, based on 100 parts by weight of 2,4-dihydroxy-5-nitropyrimidiene.
본 발명은 방수시트 이음부위 보강을 위한 수팽창성 폴리우레탄 씰 조성물과 이를 이용한 복합방수 공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 방수시트 이음 부위에 적용하여 방수시트가 수축 및 팽창을 반복하여 파단되는 경우가 발생시 물을 흡수하며 팽창해서 파단부위를 메우고 물의 흐름을 방해하여 누수를 방지하는 기능을 가지는 새로운 조성을 가진 수팽창성 폴리우레탄 씰 조성물과 이를 이용한 복합방수공법을 제공하는데 있다.본 발명의 구성은 클로로이소프로필디메틸벤질이소시아네이트 100중량부에 대하여 3-하이드록시-2,2-디메틸프로패노익에시드 70 ~ 90 중량부, 2,4,6-트리아미노-S-트리아진 60 ~ 80 중량부, 테트라하이드로퓨란 50 ~ 70 중량부, 글루코스 40 ~ 60 중량부 및 글루카르산(D-Glucaric acid) 30 ~ 50 중량부가 혼합된 A액과; 2,4-디하이드록시-5-니트로피리미디엔 100 중량부에 m-니트로벤젠디아조니윰하이드로젠설페이트 60 ~ 80 중량부, 디싸이클로헥실카보디이미드 50 ~ 70 중량부, 6-브로모-1-헥산 40 ~ 60 중량부, 칼슘 비카보네이트 30 ~ 50 중량부 및 소디움 라우릴 에테르 설페이트 20~40 중량부가 혼합된 B액;을 포함하여 조성된 방수시트 이음부위 보강을 위한 수팽창성 폴리우레탄 씰 조성물과 이를 이용한 복합방수공법을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
