TILT UNIT FOR EXCAVATOR BUCKET USSING RACK GEAR
A tilting device of an excavator bucket, which is capable of tilting a bucket arranged on an excavator, comprises: a first coupling unit including a first fixing pin, a coupling plate coupled to both ends of the first fixing pin, and a lower plate coupled to a lower portion of the coupling plate, to be attached to or detached from a clamper positioned on the front end of an excavator arm; a fixing unit including an upper arm connected at both ends of the first coupling unit, a fixing unit pin inserted into and fixed on the upper arm, and a lower arm vertically connected to the fixing unit pin to be formed in parallel with the upper arm; a driving unit including one or more rack gears with gear teeth formed to be directed downwards underneath the first coupling unit, and a cylinder connected at a side or the front surface of the rack gears to transport the rack gears in one axis; and a rotating unit including a pinion gear engaged with the rack gears of the driving unit and a second coupling unit allowing a bucket to be connected to a lower portion thereof and rotated to tilt the bucket mounted on the lower portion thereof in accordance with a movement of the rack gears in the driving unit.
굴삭기에 구비되는 버킷의 틸팅 구동이 가능하도록 하는 굴삭기 버킷의 틸팅 장치 있어서, 굴삭기 암의 선단에 위치한 클램퍼에 착탈될 수 있도록 제1고정핀, 상기 제1고정핀 양 끝단에 결합되는 체결판 및 상기 체결판의 하부에 결합되는 하부판이 구비된 제1체결부와, 상기 제1체결부의 양측단에서 연결된 상부암, 상기 상부암에 삽입되어 고정된 고정부핀 및 상기 고정부핀에 수직으로 결합되어 상기 상부암과 평행하게 형성된 하부암으로 이루어진 고정부와, 상기 제1체결부의 하부에서 기어의 이가 아래를 향하도록 형성되는 1개 이상의 래크기어 및 상기 래크기어의 측면 또는 정면에서 연결되어 상기 래크기어를 1축 이송하는 실린더가 구비되어 래크기어를 1축 이송할 수 있도록 하는 구동부와, 상기 구동부의 래크기어와 맞물리는 피니언기어 및 하부에 버킷이 연결되는 제2체결부가 구비되어 상기 구동부에서 래크기어의 움직임에 따라 하부에 장착된 버킷이 틸팅될 수 있도록 회동되는 회전부가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래크기어를 이용한 굴삭기 틸팅 장치를 개시한다.
