The present invention relates to a window structure with improved insulation and constructability, which is used to construct a tempered glass panel for light transmission and penetration installed in various buildings, a large high-rise building or the like and, more specifically, to a window structure with improved insulation and constructability, capable of improving insulation by effectively preventing a heat transition of an aluminum main frame and a PVC sub frame integrated with a glass support part, and improving problems such as a construction defect or the like by preventing the glass support part from sagging. In other words, the window structure installed in various buildings or a large high-rise building to support and fix a tempered glass panel includes: an aluminum main frame installed in various buildings or a large high-rise building; a PVC sub frame combined in front of the main frame and integrated with a glass support part in front; a heat bridge cutoff material filling the inside of the sub frame; and a PCV outer insulation member combined with the front end of the glass support part.
본 발명은 각종 건축물 또는 대형 고층건물 등에 설치되는 투광 및 투시용 강화유리판재를 시공할 때 사용하는 단열성과 시공성이 개선된 창호구조에 관한 것으로, PVC 구성이며 유리지지부가 일체로 형성된 보조프레임과 알루미늄 구성의 메인프레임의 열전이를 효과적으로 차단할 수 있게 구성하여 단열성을 개선하고, 유리지지부의 처짐 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하여 시공 불량 등의 문제점을 개선할 수 있도록 한 단열성과 시공성이 개선된 창호구조를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 각종 건축물 또는 대형 고층건물에 설치되어 강화유리판재를 지지 고정하는 창호구조에 있어서; 각종 건축물 또는 대형 고층건물에 설치되는 알루미늄재질의 메인프레임과; 상기 메인프레임의 전방으로 결합되며 전방으로 유리지지부가 일체 형성된 PVC 재질의 보조프레임과; 상기 보조프레임 내측에 채워지는 열교차단재와; 유리지지부의 선단에 결합되는 PVC 재질의 외부단열부재를 포함하도록 구성한 것이다.
