METHOD OF MANAGING PARKING CHARGE USING PARKING STOPPER AND SYSTEM PERFORMING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for integrally managing a parking lot using a movable parking stopper to use a predetermined space as a parking space and a system executing the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for integrally managing a parking lot using a movable parking stopper comprises: an integrated parking fee management server using a parking finish message to generate and store parking information when the parking finish message is received from the movable parking stopper, using an exit finish message to generate exit information when the exit finish message is received from the movable parking stopper, using corresponding information to calculate a parking fee when the parking information corresponds to the exit information, and using a charged amount of a previously registered integrated parking ticket corresponding to a license number of a vehicle parked on the movable parking stopper to pay the parking fee; the movable parking stopper installed on the rear side of the ground of the parking space, generating and providing the parking finish message to the integrated parking fee management server when a distance from the vehicle is equal to or less than a predetermined distance, generating and providing the exit message to the integrated parking fee management server when a distance from a stop state of the vehicle to a state in which the vehicle is moved is equal to or greater than a predetermined distance; and a user terminal registering the movable parking stopper to the integrated parking fee management server through a movable parking stopper registration request procedure when being held by a user who manages the movable parking stopper, and issuing the integrated parking ticket through a parking ticket purchase procedure when being held by a user of a vehicle parked on the movable parking stopper.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이동형 주차 스토퍼를 이용한 통합 주차장 관리 시스템은 이동형 주차 스토퍼로부터 주차 완료 메시지를 수신하면 상기 주차 완료 메시지를 이용하여 주차 정보를 생성한 후 저장하고, 상기 이동형 주차 스토퍼로부터 출차 완료 메시지를 수신하면 상기 출차 완료 메시지를 이용하여 출차 정보를 생성한 후 상기 주차 정보 및 상기 출차 정보가 대응되면 해당 정보를 이용하여 주차 요금을 산출한 후 이동형 주차 스토퍼에 주차한 차량 번호에 해당하는 미리 등록된 통합 주차권의 충전 금액을 이용하여 상기 주차 요금을 정산하는 주차 요금 통합 관리 서버, 주차 공간의 바닥 후방에 설치되며 차량까지의 거리가 특정 거리 이하이면 주차 완료 메시지를 생성하여 상기 주차 요금 통합 관리 서버에 제공하고, 상기 차량이 정지된 상태에서 차량이 이동된 후 차량까지의 거리가 특정 거리 이상이면 출차 완료 메시지를 생성하여 상기 주차 요금 통합 관리 서버에 제공하는 이동형 주차 스토퍼 및 상기 이동형 주차 스토퍼를 관리하는 사용자가 보유하는 경우, 이동형 주차 스토퍼 등록 요청 절차를 통해 상기 이동형 주차 스토퍼를 상기 주차 요금 통합 관리 서버에 등록하고, 상기 이동형 주차 스토퍼에 주차를 하는 차량의 사용자가 보유하는 경우, 주차권 구매 절차를 통해 통합 주차권을 발행하는 사용자 단말을 포함한다.
