Deck road without joist and installation method thereof
The present invention relates to a deck road, wherein an upper board making up the deck road has two side frames arranged in parallel and having a panel coupling groove on one surface thereof to couple a wood panel thereto to fix the wood panel on a side of the upper board; a middle frame arranged in parallel between the two side frames, and provided with the panel coupling groove on both surfaces thereof to couple the wood panel thereto to fix the wood panel in the middle of the upper board; the wood panel coupled to the panel coupling grooves of the middle frame and the side frames to provide a walking area between the side frames and the middle frame; and a tension bar to provide both ends of the two side frames with a tension force in a direction of narrowing a gap between the two side frames. A joist and a yoke for fixing the wood panel do not need to be installed. The deck road is sturdy and has reduced deformation. The time and manpower required for the construction of the deck road are greatly reduced.
데크 로드에 관한 것으로서, 데크 로드를 구성하는 상판이 상판의 측면에서 목재 패널을 고정하기 위해 일면에 목재 패널이 결합되는 패널결합홈을 갖는, 평행하게 배치된 두 개의 측면 프레임, 상기 두 개의 측면프레임의 사이에 평행하게 배치되고, 상기 상판의 가운데에서 상기 목재 패널을 고정하기 위해 양면에 목재 패널이 결합되는 상기 패널결합홈을 갖는 중앙프레임, 상기 측면프레임 및 상기 중앙프레임의 상기 패널결합홈에 결합되어 상기 측면프레임과 상기 중앙프레임 사이에 보행 면적을 제공하는 목재 패널 및 두 개의 측면 프레임의 양단에 두 개의 측면 프레임 사이를 좁히는 방향의 긴장력을 제공하는 긴장봉으로 구성됨으로써, 목재 패널을 고정하기 위한 장선 및 멍에의 설치가 불필요하고, 견고하고 변형이 감소되며, 데크 로드의 시공에 필요한 시간 및 인력이 크게 감소된다.
