Variable flush nozzle and road sprinkler including the same
The present invention relates to a variable water spray nozzle and an eco-friendly water cleaning vehicle including the same. An objective of the present invention is to provide a variable water spray nozzle and an eco-friendly water cleaning vehicle including the same which allow a driver to adjust the amount of water sprayed to a road surface for water cleaning work in accordance with the structure or state of the road surface. To achieve the objective, the variable water spray nozzle, which removes foreign substances on a road surface while spraying water to the road surface by receiving water stored in a water tank through a pump, comprises: a nozzle body connected to a hose or a pipe extended from the pump to receive water; a top nozzle cap coupled to the front end of the nozzle body to form a nozzle hole of a horizontally extended rectangular structure, coupled in a rotatable structure to a first hinge shaft in a horizontal position formed on the nozzle body, and provided to form a top half of the nozzle hole; a bottom nozzle cap coupled to the front end of the nozzle body to form the nozzle hole with the top nozzle cap, coupled in a rotatable structure to the first hinge shaft, and provided to form a bottom half of the nozzle hole; and a first operating means installed on the nozzle body and connected to the top nozzle cap and the bottom nozzle cap to change the height of the nozzle hole while rotating the top nozzle cap and the bottom nozzle cap around the first hinge shaft.
본 발명은 가변형 살수노즐 및 이를 포함하는 친환경 물청소차에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 물청소작업을 위하여 노면으로 분사되는 물의 양을 노면의 상태나 구조에 따라 운전자가 조절할 수 있도록 한 가변형 살수노즐 및 이를 포함하는 친환경 물청소차를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 펌프를 통해 물탱크에 저장된 물을 공급받아 노면으로 분사하면서 노면의 이물질을 제거하는 살수노즐에 있어서, 상기 펌프로부터 연장되는 배관 또는 호스와 연결되어 물을 공급받는 노즐본체; 수평방향으로 연장되는 장방형 구조의 노즐공을 형성하도록 상기 노즐본체의 선단에 결합되되, 노즐본체에 형성된 수평한 자세의 제1힌지축에 회전 가능한 구조로 결합되며, 상기 노즐공의 상단 절반부를 형성하도록 이루어진 상단 노즐캡; 상기 상단 노즐캡과 함께 노즐공을 형성하도록 상기 노즐본체의 선단에 결합되되, 상기 제1힌지축에 회전 가능한 구조로 결합되며, 상기 노즐공의 하단 절반부를 형성하도록 이루어진 하단 노즐캡; 및 상기 노즐본체에 설치되며, 상기 상단 노즐캡 및 하단 노즐캡과 연결되어 상단 노즐캡 및 하단 노즐캡을 제1힌지축을 중심으로 회전시키면서 노즐공의 높이를 변화시키도록 이루어진 제1작동수단;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변형 살수노즐 및 이를 포함하는 친환경 물총소차를 제공한다.
