METHOD FOR DETERMINE INJECTING AMOUNT OF ACTIVATING AGENT FOR LUBRICANT LAYER IN CONCRETE PUMPING
The present invention relates to a method for determining an injecting amount of a composition injected for activating a lubricant layer in a concrete pumping pipe. The method measures a viscosity change of mortar in accordance with a mixing rate of the lubricant layer activating agent indoors based on an approximate correspondence between the viscosity change of the mortar and a pressure change in the pipe during pumping of the real concrete pump, thereby very simply determining the injecting amount of the lubricant layer activating agent satisfying a target pressure decrease amount during pumping of the concrete pump. Conventionally, a field test had to be performed to determine the injecting amount of the lubricant layer activating agent. The method of the present invention can very simply determine the injecting amount of the lubricant layer activating agent so that the process design can be effectively performed.
본 발명은 콘크리트 압송 배관에서 윤활층 활성화를 위해 주입되는 조성물의 주입량을 결정하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 모르타르의 점도변화와 실제 콘크리 펌프 압송 중 배관에서의 압력변화가 근사하게 일치하는 것에 기초하여, 실내에서 윤활층 활성화제의 혼입률에 따른 모르타르의 점도변화를 측정함으로써 콘크리트의 펌프 압송 중 목표 압력 감소량을 만족시키는 윤활층 활성화제의 주입량을 매우 간단하게 결정할 수 있다. 기존에 윤활층 활성화제의 주입량을 결정하기 위해서는 현장 실험을 거쳐야 했지만 본 발명을 통해 매우 간단하게 윤활층 활성화제 주입량을 결정할 수 있는 바 공정설계가 효과적으로 수행될 수 있다.
