PAINT SPRAYING DEVICE FOR TRAFFIC LINE PAINTING AND PAINTING METHOD
The present invention relates to a paint sprayer for painting a vehicle and a painting method, and a purpose is to improve work quality by enabling a lane painting width to be uniformly formed through guide wheels on both sides during vehicle painting work. To achieve the purpose, the paint sprayer includes: a support frame (10) installed in a lower part of a movable vehicle (200); a painting nozzle part (20) supported to the support frame (10), while spraying paint for painting; a pair of guide wheels (30) provided on both sides to guide the width of a lane formed by the paint sprayed from the painting nozzle part (20); a guide frame (40) supporting the guide wheel (30) to be rotatable; a shock absorber (50) formed in a part connected with the support frame (10) in an upper part of the guide frame (40); and an air spray part (60) connected with a middle part of the guide frame (40) to spray high-pressure air to the guide wheel (30).
본 발명은 차선 도색용 도료 분사장치 및 도색방법에 관한 것으로서, 차선 도색작업시 양측에서 가이드휠에 의한 차선 도색폭이 균일하게 형성되어질 수 있도록 하여 작업품질을 향상시키기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 이동식 차량(200)의 하부에 설치되는 지지프레임(10)과; 상기 지지프레임(10)에 지지되되, 도색용 도료의 분사가 이루어지는 도색 노즐부(20)와; 상기 도색 노즐부(20)에서 분사되는 도료에 의해 형성되는 차선의 폭을 가이드하기 위해 양측에 쌍을 이루어 구비되는 가이드휠(30)과; 상기 가이드휠(30)을 회동 가능하도록 지지하는 가이드프레임(40)과; 상기 가이드프레임(40)의 상단부에서 상기 지지프레임(10)과 연결 부위에 구성되는 완충쇼바(50)와; 상기 가이드휠(30)에 고압의 공기를 분사하기 위해 가이드프레임(40)의 중단부에 연결 구성되는 에어 분사부(60);를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
