Provided in the present invention is a thermoplastic rubberized asphalt coating waterproofing agent which shows little change in properties after remelting. In particular, the thermoplastic rubberized asphalt coating waterproofing agent is formed by adding, melting, and mixing the following components: 100 parts by weight of potassium 4-pyridincarboxylate; with respect to 100 parts by weight of the potassium 4-pyridincarboxylatel, 70-90 parts by weight of 2-bromopyridine; 60-80 parts by weight of tetraethoxysilane; 50-70 parts by weight of methyltrimethoxysilane; 40-60 parts by weight of acrylonitrile butadiene; 30-50 parts by weight of diethylcarbonate; 20-40 parts by weight of carbamic acid; 10-30 parts by weight of cutback asphalt; 5-15 parts by weight of N,N-dimethyl-p-nitroaniline; 3-10 parts by weight of N,N-dimethylaniline; and 2-5 parts by weight of 1-nitrobutane, wherein the thermoplastic rubberized asphalt coating waterproofing agent is remelted at 200-250°C.
본 발명에 의하면, 포타슘 4-피리딘카복시레이트 100 중량부에, 상기 포타슘 4-피리딘카복시레이트 100 중량부를 기준으로 각각 2-브로모피리딘 70~90 중량부, 테트라에톡시오로스실란 60~80 중량부, 메틸트리메톡시실란 50~70 중량부, 아크릴로나이트릴부타디엔 40~60 중량부, 디에틸카보네이트 30~50 중량부, 카바믹에시드 20~40 중량부, 컷백아스팔트 10∼30 중량부, N,N-디메틸-p-나이트로아닐린 5~15 중량부, N,N-디메틸아닐린 3~10 중량부 및 1-니트로뷰탄 2~5 중량부가 첨가 및 용융되면서 혼합되며, 200℃~250℃에서 재용융되는 재용융 후 물성 변화가 적은 열가소성 고무화 아스팔트 도막방수제가 제공된다.
