BLOCK-TYPE RAINWATER TANK AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a prefabricated block-type rainwater storage tank and a construction method thereof which can prevent partial sinking of a block on soft ground and store sludge-filtered rainwater. According to the present invention, the prefabricated block-type rainwater storage tank is constructed by vertically and horizontally assembling arc-shaped blocks to form a hollow cylindrical shape, and comprises: a plurality of insert blocks having a plurality of nuts on the upper surface thereof to be inserted into excavated soil; a plurality of base blocks which are stacked on the upper surface of the insert blocks in multiple levels, are horizontally connected, and have a plurality of first bolt holes formed to be vertically penetrated by vertical connection bolts fixed on the nuts by screw-coupling, and first block rims protruding from the upper and lower ends of the inner and outer surfaces thereof and having first steel wire holes to be horizontally penetrated by horizontal connection steel wires; and a plurality of link blocks which are connected between the plurality of base blocks, and have a plurality of second bolt holes formed to be vertically penetrated by the vertical connection bolts fixed on the nuts by screw-coupling, second block rims protruding from the upper and lower ends of the inner and outer surfaces thereof and having second steel wire holes to be horizontally penetrated by the horizontal connection steel wires, and a connection gap formed between the second block rims to connect ends of the horizontally connected horizontal connection steel wires on both sides.
본 발명은 연약지반에서 블록의 부분 침강을 방지하며 슬러지가 여과된 우수를 저장할 수 있는 블록 조립식 우수 저류조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 블록 조립식 우수 저류조는, 내부가 빈 원통 모양을 이루도록 원호 형상의 블록들을 상하 및 좌우로 조립하여 시공되는 블록 조립식 우수 저류조에 있어서, 상면에 복수의 너트가 구비되어 터파기된 토사로 삽입되는 복수의 인서트블록; 상기 인서트블록의 상면에 다단으로 적층 및 좌우로 연결되며, 상기 너트에 나사결합으로 고정되는 수직연결볼트가 상하로 관통되도록 형성된 복수의 제1 볼트홀과, 내외면 상하 단부에 돌출되어 수평연결강선이 수평으로 관통되도록 제1 강선홀이 형성된 제1 블록림을 갖는 복수의 베이스블록; 상기 복수의 베이스블록 사이에 연결되며, 상기 너트에 나사결합으로 고정되는 상기 수직연결볼트가 상하로 관통되도록 형성된 복수의 제2 볼트홀과, 내외면 상하 단부에 돌출되어 상기 수평연결강선이 수평으로 관통되도록 제2 강선홀이 형성된 제2 블록림과, 상기 제2 블록림 사이에 형성되어 좌우로 연접되는 상기 양측 수평연결강선의 단부를 연결하는 연결간극을 갖는 복수의 링크블록;을 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다.
