An aspect of the present invention provides a fire prevention and evacuation guidance system, which comprises: fire detectors, which are a plurality of detectors provided inside a building to detect a fire, transmitting a fire detection message to an emergency evacuation management server along with a fire detection location when a fire is detected; a plurality of power line communication temperature detectors arranged in a row along the ceiling of the corridor inside the building and transmitting the temperature of each corridor to the emergency evacuation management server through power line communication; an emergency door switch, which is a controller controlling the opening and closing of an emergency door at the end of each corridor, opening an emergency door which has received a request to be opened when receiving an emergency door opening command from the emergency evacuation management server while maintaining the emergency door in a locked state; and an emergency evacuation management server grasping the temperature of each point of the corridor to transmit an emergency door opening command for opening the emergency door at the end point of the corridor in a direction in which the temperature decreases to the emergency door switch.
본 발명의 실시 형태는 건물의 내부에 복수개 마련되어 화재를 감지하는 감지기로서, 화재가 감지되는 경우 화재 감지 메시지를 화재 감지 위치와 함께 비상 대피 관리 서버로 전송하는 화재 감지기; 건물 내부의 복도 천장을 따라서 일렬로 복수개 배치되어, 전력선 통신을 통하여 복도 각 지점의 온도를 상기 비상 대피 관리 서버로 전송하는 전력선 통신 온도 검출기; 각 복도 끝단에 있는 비상문 개폐를 제어하는 제어기로서, 비상문을 잠금 상태로 유지하다가 상기 비상 대피 관리 서버로부터 비상문 개방 명령을 수신하는 경우, 비상문 개방 요청된 비상문을 개방시키는 비상문 개폐기; 상기 화재 감지기로부터 화재 감지 메시지를 수신하는 경우, 복도 각 지점의 온도를 파악하여 온도가 낮아지는 방향의 복도 끝 지점에 있는 비상문을 개방시키도록 하는 비상문 개방 명령을 비상문 개폐기에 전송하는 비상 대피 관리 서버;를 포함할 수 있다.
