The present invention relates to a door locking unit for a multistage cooker. The purpose of the present invention is, in regard to a procedure for locking a door of a multistage cooker, to smoothen the locking and unlocking of the door performed by a locking handle as pressure by the locking handle is applied to a door locking support part by rolling contact. According to the present invention, the door locking unit for a multistage cooker includes: door locking support parts provided on both sides of a door at vertically equidistant intervals; arm hinge brackets provided in a cooker body on both sides of the door corresponding to the door locking support parts; a door locking arm hinged to be horizontally rotated to lock the door locking support parts to the arm hinge brackets; a locking handle spirally coupled to the door locking arm to be spirally rotated so as to form and release a locking support force of the door locking support parts in accordance with the control of a user; a locking support bearing inserted into the door locking arm between the locking handle and the door locking support parts to be coupled so that the formation and release of the locking support force of the locking handle in accordance with the control of the user can be performed by rolling contact; a bearing pressing unit inserted into the door locking arm between the locking handle and the locking support bearing to be coupled so that the pressure of the locking handle in accordance with the control of the user can be applied to the locking support bearing by rolling contact; and a handle support unit supporting the locking handle not to be separated from an end of the door locking arm. Therefore, the present invention has an effect, in regard to a procedure for locking a door of a multistage cooker, of smoothening the locking and unlocking of the door performed by a locking handle as pressure by the locking handle is applied a door locking support part by rolling contact.

본 발명은 다단 취사기용 도어잠금구에 관한 것으로서, 다단 취사기의 도어 잠금과정에 있어 잠금핸들에 의한 가압력이 도어잠금지지부에 구름접촉에 의하여 작용되어 잠금핸들에 의한 도어의 잠금과 해제가 부드럽게 이루어지도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 다단 취사기용 도어잠금구에 있어서, 도어의 양측에 상하 등 간격으로 구비되는 도어잠금지지부와 상기 도어잠금지지부에 대응하여 도어의 양측 취사기몸체에 구비되는 암힌지브래킷, 상기 암힌지브래킷에 도어잠금지지부를 구속할 수 있도록 수평회전되게 힌지 결합되는 도어잠금암, 상기 도어잠금암에 사용자의 조작에 따라 도어잠금지지부의 잠금지지력을 형성 및 해제할 수 있도록 나선 회전되게 나선 결합되는 잠금핸들, 상기 도어잠금지지부와 잠금핸들 사이의 도어잠금암에 사용자의 조작에 따른 상기 잠금핸들의 잠금지지력 형성 및 해제가 구름접촉에 의하여 이루어지게 끼워 결합되는 잠금지지베어링, 상기 잠금지지베어링과 잠금핸들 사이의 도어잠금암에 사용자의 조작에 따른 잠금핸들의 가압력이 구름접촉에 잠금지지베어링에 작용되도록 끼워 결합되는 베어링가압구 및 상기 도어잠금암의 단부에서 잠금핸들이 이탈되지 않게 지지하는 핸들지지구로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 다단 취사기의 도어 잠금과정에 있어 잠금핸들에 의한 가압력이 도어잠금지지부에 구름접촉에 의하여 작용되어 잠금핸들에 의한 도어의 잠금과 해제가 부드럽게 이루어지는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
