Gridded Shear Reinforcing Device At the Connection Between Flat Plate Slab and Steel Column
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the gridded shear reinforcing structure of a bonding unit between a concrete flat plate slab and a steel column, which comprises: the steel column; the slab bonded with the steel column to form a floor plate; and a shear reinforcing member placed on the bonding unit between the steel column and the slab to form a load path to transfer the shearing force in the direction of gravity caused by the load of the slab to the steel column. The shear reinforcing member includes: a plurality of extension plates which are erect plates to be extended to cross each other around the steel column and to be fixed in a grid pattern; and a punching reinforcing means respectively fixed on an upper end and a lower end of the extension plates to form a load path to transfer the shearing force. The punching reinforcing means includes: a first punching reinforcing plate which is a plate having a horizontal surface fixed on an upper end of the extension plates to receive the shearing force of the slab; and a second punching reinforcing plate which is a plate having a horizontal surface fixed on a lower end of the extension plates to transfer the shearing force of the slab. The present invention aims to provide the gridded shear reinforcing structure of the bonding unit between the concrete flat plate slab and the steel column, which is able to be easily constructed on the site and to efficiently transfer the shearing stress.
본 발명의 실시예는 철골 기둥과, 철골 기둥에 접합되어 바닥판을 형성하는 슬래브 및 철골 기둥과 슬래브 사이의 접합부에 구비되어 슬래브의 하중에 기인한 중력방향의 전단력을 철골 기둥으로 전달하는 하중 경로를 형성하는 전단 보강 부재를 포함하고, 전단 보강 부재는 직립된 판재로서 복수개가 철골 기둥을 중심으로 상호 교차되도록 연장되어 격자형으로 고정되는 연장판 및 연장판의 상단과 하단에 각각 고정되어 전단력을 전달하는 하중 경로를 형성하는 펀칭 보강 수단을 포함하고, 펀칭 보강 수단은 연장판의 상단에 고정되는 수평면을 갖는 판재로서 슬래브의 전단력을 받는 제1펀칭 보강판과, 연장판의 하단에 고정되는 수평면을 갖는 판재로서 슬래브의 전단력을 전달하는 제2펀칭 보강판을 포함하는 콘크리트 무량판 슬래브와 철골 기둥 접합부의 격자형 전단 보강 구조물을 제공할 수 있다.
